Okay, so Gul tells us after 200 episodes that she has not yet got to the point! The point being the conflict between the two brothers!

When you start a show, you have no guarantee that it will last 200 episodes. So, why would anyone want to wait till 200 episodes to begin the actual story? If the response to Asya is what caused the delay, this implies that the show has proved successful for so long because of the chemistry of that pair among other things! Having decided to ride on the chemistry for a year, why the sudden yen to break it up now to go back to the old story?

Is this a calculated risk or a wild gamble? I am not even going to discuss the logic of the track! It would prove a wasteful exercise! I am just trying to understand the way the show has been played out from a business perspective!

Is this an attempt to borrow a leaf from the tried and tested Ekta rule book that says every couple must be broken up for TRPs? So, the love story can begun all over again, either between the same pair or with new partners?

Whatever, I am not seeing any conflict in the horizon! If Ayaan and Zoya fall for each other, Asad will respectfully step back! If it is one-sided, then Ayaan will have to be turned into a blackguard of a villain for a conflict to unfold. What of character consistency then or is that not worth discussing just like accidental community nikaahs?

Most importantly, Rashid and the rest of the family know that the whole nikaah was an accident! They know the girl was betrothed to Asad and was living in their house even! And yet, they all believe that this accidental nikaah will turn into a lifelong bond? Not even the old grandma thinks its vile to try and get them to share a bed/room right after? I am beginning to think Razia's ways were not so bad after all!

What a sick lot seriously!

Can I just say I want the clash to happen a little more than I want AsYa to get back together? I really do.

I mean after the whole ordeal where Mr. Khan dumped his beloved in SM temporarily, went back home, then Ayaan came and met him and said he'd 'lautaa his amaanat' they STILL hugged like lovers with that hella annoying bhai-love BG tune.

I wonder what the hell will actually 'cause differences between them? Mothers didn't really, sisters' didn't, 'loaning' of fiance didn't, so you've got to wonder...

i am merely pondering over the ridiculous ways that have been adopted to go back to the original synopsis..

Other than that, I couldn't care less...so long as I am told a story that makes sense...the problem now is that nothing is making any sense...

And yes, if you can loan your woman to your brother for whatever effing reason, my peabrain too wonders what could be worse?

This plot is the most contrived and silly thing I have ever seen! I just cant believe how far fetched this is!!
A twist only works if it makes sense, and if the characters are acting in a consistent manner! In this case NEITHER apply! Asad made the biggest mistake of his life letting Zoya continue with the farce of a marriage with Ayaan! Ayaan did the same by quitting Humeira to carry on with this farce!
Razia was the only one who made sense! Gaffur, who is usually VERY vocal in matters of "Tehezeeb" and family honour, didn't open his mouth and refute the Quazi's and tell them this marriage is not real coz it was done without consent and in a situation where the two parties were trying to hide from people perusing them! I am QUITE sure if someone had FULLY explained the situation then even the priests would have to accept it and Fat Cow would have had nothing to hang on to!!
But because they wanted to revert back to the original synopsis after 200 episodes and nearly 1 year of telecast, they came up with this far fetched and contrived BS! I am told by many Muslims on this forum that there is NO WAY that this Nikaah is valid! Therefore showing everyone trying to force Zoya and Ayaan into this, JUST so that Nikhat can get married is just plain ludicrous!
Now this show has lost ALL charm! ASYA have been compromised. Ditching the women he loves is more Ayaan's style, not Asad's! Showing Asad not trying to find another solution other than leaving Zoya in SM pretending to carry on with this farcical marriage has compromised his character! I still like Asad a lot more than Ayaan, but they have really taken a lot of liberties in his portrayal! He should have at least PROTESTED that this is not fair and correct! I am just really disappointed with the whole damned thing!
To be honest this show was starting to spiral down when Tanveer was made the 2nd lead! THIS just finished it off! Straw that broke the camel's back!!

Also I know this is very silly, but to date I have genuinely not understood why Ayaan did not hide with Humeira in the store-room during the chase.

Tell me about it...but apparently this is how Ayaan is...or so I was told...if so, I guess I guess he is a certified lunatic...!

Maybe Ayaan might come into his room one night and chop off his luscious locks without his permission and the brother's would clash😆..

I already have been very vocal about my intolerance for logic...so nothing more to say...but very well said
