I too feel that this is nor quite likely...I have one thought...

This can also be a fretful thinking or a Dream of Jodha that her Mom has come...etc etc....And she decides to commit suicide just at the very thought of what will be her parents reaction...

Nice Imagination but how come jalal is unaware of mainavati's arrival and a queen travelling alone is very unusual
