Kavita Kaushik as Chandramukhi Chautala
After being virtually promoted to another police station (and exiting the serial in real), the character of Chandramukhi Chautala, on a massive public demand, made a come back on 8 July 2013. She plays the role of a police sub-inspector in the Iman Chowki and has a central role in solving the cases. She is known for her manly nature, bossy attitude towards her colleagues and a typical Haryanavi accent. She always keeps her subordinates in check and puts all her efforts in solving the cases. She always ends up solving the whole case herself.
Gopi Bhalla as Gopinath Gandotra
A very old man who joined the Imaan Chowki in the 70's.He plays the role of an aged constable who is generally mocked by people and rarely contributes to solving cases. He is often beaten by Chandramukhi for doing silly things. Throughout the show he tries to speak English, but all he is able to come up with is an utterly confusing version of Hinglish. Some of his most used phrases are "Oh my Gods", " Ya this one", "Sorry",and "Carry on!". He usually speaks everything in a poetic manner by adding "is the" at end of every statement.He even played the role of his own father. All the incidents between the 20 year leap and the re-entry of Inspector Chandramukhi Chautala was visualised as a dream by Gopi. He tells Billu about his "wierd" dream to which Billu and Chandramuki Chautala cite as his 'pre-retirement jitters' and aging mental health.

He plays the role of Billu who is a constable and loses his memory frequently. Someone has to twist his ear so that he can regain his memory. He is the brother in law of Commissioner, he always blabbers about what his sister did to the commissioner of Imaan Chowki. He is often seen doing notorious experiments on Gopi, whom he calls "bhaiyya". Whenever he is in a danger, he always blames his destiny for not even having a girl friend but having to face a threat to his life. Earlier he used to play villainous role.
Suresh Chatwal as Commissioner
Billu's brother in law is a Commissioner and is often made fun of by Billu because Billu's sister, as in the Commissioner's wife makes him do all the house work. He has gotten a new habit of wearing a wig, which often flies off to the track of "Yaar Mila De" from Saathiya.
