Hi Rogie, Agree your post mostly, specially Badi Bii. Gul has really overlooked one beautiful relationship, grandma and her grand kids, she usually fight with even parents for them and pamper them, here its completely opposite..

I love this show mostly for Zoya and Gul didnt fail on her atleast. Zoya has been scapegoat, makes mistake, pay heavy duty price but instead of sulking she is back to strong herself soon.

In most tracks have same strategy, protagonist very strong but soon they make mistakes and pay price will over more than 100 episodes before her conscience rises, until then they just behave stupid and just suffer and more suffer.

Usually they love leads competing, who is the foolest. Making one utter fool and than try to nullify the effect making other even bigger. Never understand why, who gets mental satisfaction here, why cant they deal with real issue, antagonist rather than butchering lead characters for sympathy..

Gaffur, not sure how he will be redeemed? Will he? Why I feel thats whole puspose of Zoyaa to see the man he is before knowing he is her father and her dream shatters..

I wish to see strong Asad from here on and sensible Ayaan. Loved the last line Zoya said yesterday "Mein apna khayal rakh sakti hoon, Soch samazkar", she is good at showing what they did in subtle ways that will hurt most..

Hey Rogie🤗.

Better late than never😆.

I hardly watch serials n when I saw Zoya wearing jeans I said to myself that I have to watch this one coz after seeing so many serials off and on I've come to a conclusion that salwar kameezes = rona dhona😆.

Jokes aside I thot Qubool Hai was a story of a 'progressive Muslim family' which we probably saw in the beginning. Zoya coming to Bhopal fm NY and having a mind of her own, standing up for her rights and speaks against injustice on women (Najma's college epi where she saves her fm goons), is brave and fights with goons to save Dilshie, puts Asad in his place when he acts like a jerk (mini skirt epi), takes her own decisions etc.

N then you have the old fashioned Asad who is egoistic, narrow minded, has his set of beliefs which he will not give up for anything in the world and is a complete jackass to Zoya. But his character showed a fantastic growth and the CVs showed it well and in a logical manner. I've yet to see character growth in Zoya and Ayaan.

Now I feel this progressive Muslim family thingy in the synopsis was a COMPLETE EYEWASH. What is the serial reduced to? All that so called 'progressive thinking' that they showed in Zoya's character seems to have vanished in thin air.

Zoya is being loaned. Is that progressive thinking? It is highly regressive n not acceptable to me as a woman with self-respect. What's worse is that Zoya's mouth was zipped all this while and suddenly this zip broke after the entire drama. So where was this progressive Zoya all this while?

The character growth in Asad has come crashing down after he decided to loan Zoya to his kid bro. His character is butchered and so is Zoya's. I din't think very highly abt Ayaan's character earlier and I hate him even more today.

As someone rightly said that a whole lot of women watch these daily soaps and can probably 'identify' with 'atrocities' on women and hence contribute to TRPs. Hence glorifying the woman and 'degrading' the man is appreciated coz in some households the men harrass their women n not just the saas or nanad.

I don't think Badi bi has contributed anything to the story till now except for taking Zoya to Ayaan's room a cpl of days ago 😆n that too is negligible and hasn't added to the story at all. The Razia, Badi bi immature fights cd've been totally avoided. Badi bi was not reqd in QH AT ALL.

I have ABSOLUTELY no sympathy for Ghafoor n Rashid for the sins of their past n there is no way I'll have any even if they are redeemed.

I've always hated Zoyaan rite fm the synopsis (being old school) and started watching QH coz the synopsis mentioned:

1) social drama 2) rom com and 3) progressive Muslim family.

Only 1) is left and 2) and 3) have been thrown out of the window.

And the social drama now is based on Zoyaan which is shown in the most distateful and illogical manner which makes me hate it even more. I don't think I can accept Asya after this.

I don't watch QH with the same passion I used to watch it earlier. It's jus that I watch it out of habit, indifferently and with no feelings for any of the characters.

I'm curious to know how this mess is gonna be solved.

These people don seem to understand that there is a concept called grey characters😆 I don put it past Gul to make Asad a colossal idiot and succumb to Tannu's blackmail..If that happens though, i wont even read the WU cos i cant stand Amrapali🥱😆

This part scares the hell out of me too, specially with current Najma situation. Can they atlast deal with real issue😡.

I hate Amrapali and Haseena just joined same band, they have very limited expressions anyways and they are used in repititive scenes. I just want Gul to take care of Tanveer now and forever, her story has no meaning, she did what she could, she wanted to trash wedding and push Zoya to SM, now what?? Her baby is not his, and wish they have guts to give up Imran character here, as he is guilty big time and reason all lives are big soup and if Najma forgives him easily even then I am done with QH, enough bechari and bechara.

I really hate Najma and Nikhat, How girls fall in love with such losers, who has no guts to stand when their parents visible torture girls family, and then same girls have audicity to blackmail their family with emotional atyachar that they have to give up. Seem like new trend on TV, watching Jee le Jara and exactly same situation.

When Najma n Nikhat come back crying, they should let these girls rot in hell they choose for themselves.Show girls who take responsibility at last..
