Salman and SRK are total opposites in their acting styles

most of their roles cant be played by the other one

No because SRK did justice to Kabir Khan and I don't want to imagine anybody else playing that role

Absolutely could!

Chak De India is a great, great film but Kabir Khan is not a hard character to play. Salman could have easily pulled it off. On top of that, both Jaideep Sahni and Shimit Amin visualized Salman as Kabir Khan so they clearly felt Salman could pull it off too. He can't pull of a Swades, but Salman would've no problem playing Kabir Khan.
