Worth a watch

Hey guys..This is my first topic on this forum..Meaning this is the first time am posting here but i have always been a silent reader right from the time the show started😆 I was initially apprehensive about this show mainly because its produced by Ekta and my past experience with her shows hasn't exactly been pleasant😆 But boy was i surprised or what..I always knew Ekta gets her casting right to the T and JA just reinforced my faith in that regard..Rajat has always been good in these kinda roles and i expected him to do full justice to this character..Truth be told, i initially found him creepy😆 Am not sure why though..Probably because i was used to picturizing HR as Akbar after the Ashutosh Gowarikar movie😆 But it was only a matter of time before he grew on me..He is just so so good..He nails the body language and expressions..Not to mention his accent which is impeccable..Oh and Paridhi is nothing short of brilliant..I liked her right from the first epi unlike Rajat mainly because she has such beautiful eyes man😆 Am no Rajat or Paridhi fan but i must admit they play their roles with so much conviction and intensity that you cant help but appreciate them..And yeah, i absolutely loved last week's episodes..On a side note, Rajat aces those emotional scenes like no other..Am so glad i din let my preconceived notions about Ekta stop me from checking out this show😆 Its going really good so far..Here is hoping Ekta doesn't ever ruin it..Since its a historical premise, she doesn't have much liberty to introduce her unpalatable twists..So i have hope this time around😆

actually prob was the characterization of akbar in this show, thts why it took sum time for sum people to accept rajat as jalal in the beginning. otherwise, rajat & paridhi both r equally brilliant from day one.

I agree...Rajat initially was a bit OTT with the expressions and having stuck with Hrithik's image as Akbar.. it was odd seeing it...

But within a couple of weeks.. Rajat toned down a lot..and then got it perfect...and I got used to him as Akbar.. He is fab at the moment as Akbar 👏

With Paridhi ..I took some time to like her... she deffo has beautiful eyes.. she became more beautiful after marriage for me.. Slowly started liking her in all aspects...😊

Yeah am not sure if it was Rajat's fault or the way Akbar was written..And yeah, the fact that HR was really good as Akbar also proved to be a detriment😆 But now i guess, both the writers and the actor have got the balance right..With Paridhi, i agree..She looks really pretty off late..And she has gorgeous eyes man..

During the OTTness time.. I was sure that Rajat can get the perfect expressions.. I think after the first week .. when they saw the telecast.. the director must have realized that they need to tone down the expressions...then they got it perfect..
