No, they don't! They don't have any kids. The Twins which you got from google were Handed over to them for a PARENTING Reality SHOW on NDTV Imagine channel which was such a big flop that the Channel had to close down!😆

Shilpa and Apoorva have no kids. And they have not adopted anyone either. The names of Eeshaan and Aayaan which you googled were just for the NDTV Imagine show.
