What if its Ranbir winning and not Ranveer or Dhanush ?

I highly doubt SRK can win it for the CE, he shudnt either.
Aamir has D3 and HR has K3, but again even widout seeing i can be quite sure that those performances will be very good, but still might not be as impactful and classy as both Dhanush and Ranveer's act in lootera..

So from d bottom of my heart, leaving my shipper or fangirl mind for anyone, i dearly wish and pray dat Dhanush wins it, plss.. nd if not, if bollywood thinks he is too ugly to bag their award ( as tehy have been constantly belittling his awesomeness becos of his looks ) then they can atleast do justice and make Ranveer win...

I will do some serious damage if they give it to ne1 else, esp Ranbir , this time when i know he just doesnt deserve it atleast not in comparison to the other contenders..

You forgot the best of them all...FARHAN AKHTER for BMB😲...No actor deserves it more than him..👏

i know my bad i had forgot ... but only performance i remember is Dhanush's ...

nd rest of them i named based on hw they were praised and all and what r d chances...

Ranbir is a good actor, but nothing close to Dhanush ... its just not easy to deliver such an imapctful and well recieved performance after being criticised for looks and also being very much new to the language...

Ya ultimately its going to come down to...Farhan and Dhanush and maybe ..just maybe Ranveer for Ramleela...tht movie is not out yet...but he looked good in the trailer...

I think it is going to be one of these combinations in all the major award functions:

Ranbir/Ranveer/Hrithik for popular, Farhan for critics

Farhan for popular, Irfan for critics

Point is : Farhan is definitely going to get one award in all the major award functions- no award function can ignore him this year cos a certain amount of hype has also been built up around him now as his performance being the most outstanding one this year AND film making 100 crores. Not that he doesn;t deserve it. He does.

The rest of the permutation combination for the awards will be worked out in accordance with how fair the award ceremonies really want to be, and their willingness to go with the stars/mass opinion. If they are really fair, dhanush or Irfan stand a chance at the critics category.

But inspite of the fact that Dhanush acted very well I have very little hope that he will get an award in best actor category. He doesn't have the clout/media hype about his performance in the way people like Vidya, Irfan, or Farhan (this year) etc have, nor is he that big/popular a star here.

They might give him the best debutant award to make up for it.

u know i will be happy if the showdown is between farhan and dhanush.. its not a loss if both the deserving ones r competing and one winning it..

it will only hurt when some1 less deserving will bag it, which has been d case in many of the past award shows..

nd d last thing i want is to see Dhanush getting d bets debut award, if he isnt nominated or win d best actor its ok, but they better not give him d debut award to make up for it or as a consolation price..

I think it will be Ranveer and Deepika this year. If RL is a blockbuster then Ranveer will have a critically acclaimed Lootera alongside RL and Deepika is already getting it...no doubt. This was her year and she will be rewarded.

But I hope it's not Ranbir. Compared to him, Farhan, Dhanush, Ranveer and Sushant were way more powerful.
