Loved loved Ganga's dinner scene with Ghanshyam kaka and Mannu Love the way she was giving her benefactor the credit whatever she is today all because of him Loved the way she was happy and proud of her achievement Ghanshyam kaka and Ganga share such nice bonding Ghanshyam kaka is like a fatherly figure to her Mannu feeding mommy was so cute

So Dr sahab came to know from Ravi Ganga lied to him about her job I knew it he has not taken any offence in this that she has found a job without him so she has changed and does not need him no he only took it as this what she told him she has already found a job here and she did not tell him about it he thought she has moved on from him and does not need him now She did not even discussed with him she has changed her plans now she will stay in Mangalore but found a job for herself before telling him this while he was expecting back in Jaitser Today after coming to know from Ravi she has found a job now so he connected the dots she lied to him Why she lied to him she must have felt bad after his Jaipur job offer to her instead of Jaitser which was planned between them He is understanding to her circumstances why she lied to him and why she is not asking his help

I am glad he is not angry at her she lied to him but understanding to her and she to him Both are understanding to each other's circumstances therefore no grudge no anger against each other Lets see what Dr sahab does next

Ganga was looking absolutely adorable and sweet in nurse uniform 😊This reminded me of the day when she was practicing as nurse wearing a paper nurse cap Today she is wearing a real nurse uniform and cap She has achieved her goal the one she was telling to everyone she will achieve during performance on Aashiyen song on Jagya's birthday Way to go Ganga Hope you achieve heights of success but wish her dr sahab would be the first person to see her in nurse uniform That would have been so nice Can't wait for the Dr sahab and his Florance nightingale Ganga working together

Balachandran is a creep🤬 The rest hospital staff like the head nurse and Swaminathan seems nice Hope they help Ganga against this creep

Lol looks like some people have really taken a lot offence that Sanchi has an ugly side She has always been like this whats new at least this story is better than turning Jagya into antagonist so that Anandi can marry Shiv and I believe 3. 1 TRPS are not bad
