Nandini Gets Sacked

Ekta clarifies, "I had always heard about Nandini's attitude problem but yesterday I witnessed it myself. She was trying to dictate the storyline for my serial Kkavyanjali which I will not tolerate. Nandini wanted her role to be extended and she suggested that we get Pammi and Kavya married. But that would be a huge mistake since Kavya and Anjali are such a popular couple now"

Nandini says that Ekta Kapoor had promised her that she would eventually become the lead in Kkavyanjali.

"When I had signed on for Pammi's role Ekta had told me that I would eventually become the lead, and Anjali would end up marrying Yug. She promised me the serial would be renamed KkavyPammi"

An amused Ekta adds, "Nandini has lost the plot. She must realise that the serial is called Kkavyanjali, so Kavya and Anjali will always remain the prime focus. She must also understand that she isnt a very good actress and that she looks like a monkey which is why I cant give her a bigger role in this serial or in any other serial."

Eijaz Khan is pleased with Nandini's dismissal, "She is not very easy to work with. I guess she is disillusioned if she thinks she can take Natassha's place. Her exit was long overdue. Yipeee"
