shiv tells he wanted to buy some gift for gauri,so,he took ippy along with him to the shop to help him chose and hence this confusion....gauri opens the box and is very happy to see mangalsutra in it..shyla asks shiv to help gauri put the mangalsutra..its supposed to be shub for their rishta.ippy goes frm their disappointed..nikhs instigates her to give an ultimatum to shiv to tell gauri the truth.
anupam calls up shiv and tells him that he wants to give something special to ippy for the valentines day...he asks shiv for some suggestion..shiv is in no mood to talk to him..he remembers ippy telling shiv abt divorcing gauri.
vivan comes to alok's place and invites them for the valentine's party,,,actually he came there to see kaya..baba agrees to send kaya coz it's a party held for gauri.chorni bhabhi tells alok that kaya is getting older and instead spending money on her studies,they have to think abt her future,otherwise this partying everyday and all is not right..alok gets furious and says he trusts kaya and that she is going for gauri's party and there is nothing wrong in it.
vivan asks dada,maya uncle and shiv when was the first time they confessed their love....dada and maya uncle were not of much help,but frm shiv,he learnt that love is felt and u dont have to say....and abt an ideal date,somewhere where there is no crowd and only silence and where there is love,there is passion.gauri is shown blushing throughout this convo.dadi tells dada vivan is in love.ippy is desperately asking shiv to tell gauri the truth tonight..and if he doesnt,she will leave him forever.
gauri wears a sleeveless dress looking good but traditional with mangalsutra,bindi and bangles...shiv says u look good but for the mangalsutra..u have to remove it..gauri doesnt want to do that and finally decides to wear a saree..
anupam is desperately looking out for ippy..dada teasingly asks him who is he waiting for..he says waiting for the chief guest..dada goes after vivan and tells him to go and stand alongside anupam who is also waiting for someone.he says u shd confess ur love to that person without any fear.kaya comes for the party and waves her hand at gauri..vivan thinks she is waving at him...kaya tells gauri baba is not well.gauri looks concerned...but kaya says nothing to worry about.anupam makes an announcement asking couples to hit the dance floor..he sees ippy coming down the stairs and is awestruck by her beauty---the damsel she is...the real lover shiv,reacted in the same way....gauri compliments ippy and says she tried to wear something similar,but cudnt carry it off...anupam says afterall,ippy lakhon mein ek hai...ippy goes frm there,,nikhs asks her if she told shiv abt the ultimatum....ippy assures her that he will tell gauri everything..but nikhs not sure whether that will happen..she tells shiv to go and tell gauri the truth,,shiv hesitates...nikhs calls gauri and says casually shiv wants to tell u something...shiv tells gauri they will go somewhere else and talk.they leave...nikhs looks tensed and unsure abt what's gonna happen.
