The criteria to choose from:

Can be a Comedian from any time

Must be from the South Indian Cinema

Siva karthikeyan is my favorite all time comedian, even if he acts as an hero, close to my heart is that he rocks in comedy and the timing in which he delivers it ..hats off siva .
