for aamir perfectin means...

he will tell the story and screenplay writers...how to make a story...

he will tell the camera man where to keep the camera in which angle..which shot...

he will instruct the directors how to make the movie...and producers how to spend and which actors to be part of the movie...

he also advice the lyricist and music directors what type of songs and tunes to be used...

and editing tble another perfectionism will xome..

afterall its aamir's movie...no one else have any choice but to obey him...and the credit goes to aamir only...

this is how he's the perfectionist...

there was a lag in his career at one point and the PR machine called him a perfectionist to cover it up. he then gave a hit movie after that and so the tag got stuck to him like fevicol. its all PR hype. the poor thing is crushed under this so called Mr. Perfectionist tag... being a star is very lonely business and with this tag it is doublely so. he is overly cautious due to this and any mistake on his part, even driving into a wrong lane becomes headlines... this makes him even more cautious and he mulls over his every step. he is NOT a perfectionist. bechara sirf galti karne se darta hai due to the immence pressure put on him... he has seen the result of brash and impulsive behavior from his contemporaries. he has had his own wild time and since being with Kiran Rao has got more grounded - hence becoming Mr. Perfectionist.

Perfection is God... Humans can only try to be extraordinary!!

And yeah more more power to Kiran for speaking out against something so chauvinistic, so that other people dont get wrong messages.
