I agree with both of you here...Armaan WAS ruled by his heart although he did have this image initially of himself as the cool schemer....which fell flat when he REALLY fell for JAssi!😆😳

I think Aryan had all the qualities to be a good Chiarman, EXCEPT one: you guys are forgetting that he was RUDE to his employees, and treated them like scum. Armaan might have been manipulative but willy-nilly, he did treat them well. So I would say Aryan fell far short in HR/PR skills, one quality that is crucial in today's industry.

because he did get a chance to prove himself in the fasion show, but he couldn't organise anything, he talked to the supplier arrogantly with his sister, he did not have any sense how to talk to the staff members, he talked rudely to Maddy, where else Armaan use to take out his frustration, but never actually spoke rudely, the girls gang was like a friend, he use to talk very respectfully to Ruby Mom, For him Gulmohur was everything to him, but for Aryan only chairmanship, and don't forget Armaan was the only person who hired Jassi, and Gulmohur did have few successful shows, like the Jassi Fashion Show, 2-3 norma ones, they even recovered all their money, just then there was fire in the factory. Agreed that Armaan didn't have much business sense, and he did make some foolish mistakes, but for Armaan Gulmohur was everything, and he tried his best to live up to it, and at the end he does!!!!

Now back to the topic,I think Aryan would have been a better chairman that Armaan.He had lots of potential,but he never got any importance from anyone.When the chairman election was going on Armaan's parents voted for him just because he was their son and because of his almost impossible future plans about gulmohur.Where I still remember that Aryan's plans were more realastic
Aryan never tried to do anything bad to gulmohur,despite of the fact that Armaan was his enemy and the chairman of Gulmohur.He always wanted to let everyone know that Armaan was destrpying Gulmohur.He always wanted the best for gulmohur.Thats why I think he would have made a better chairman for GM
He always had pragnized plans where Armaan just thought that Gulmohur would succeed no matter what.
And moreover if both Jassi and Aryan would have been a team that GM would have been the no 1 fashion house

Aryan never wanted bad, but not ood either, remember how he sold all his shares just to put Armaan down, and leaked some information, he wa sdoing bad for Gulmohur just to be te chairman, I still remember when Puru said 'ke agar tum armaan hote tau mein tumhe jor ke taphad marta'

You knwo you do have a Point.If Armaan was Arrogant Aryan was super duper Arrogant.Lets say maybe he was a Tad better like he wouldnt have made some mistakes like armaan somewhere along the way to Aryan chiramanship was everything!Wether gulmohur did anything good or bad was secondary.His job was just made easierwith the fact that Armaan was taking wrong decisions and his main motive was just to see Arman's downfall.

For Armaan living up to his parants name was everything and Gulmohur and its success were his main goals.

So the differeence between Armaan and aryan is that..

Armaan thought about Gulmohur's success under him..Mind you even if he was removed as chairman I doubt he would try and do something that would hurt the comapny.

Where aryan just wanted to see Armaan's downfall thats all and him being chairman.

All in all jassi would never have supported Aryan .She partly supported Armaan cause she knew he trying to do itall for gulmohur.

Of course Arman too had ego and thought only he ould be the best chairman.I would like to call it his self belief.😉 😆

since I have been looking at the episodes, I do not find Armaan, arrogant, he had full-right on the chairmanship because he was Puru's son, and if he had problem with Aryan it was fully justified, as Aryan always let Armaan down in front of board meetings.
