Ameesha plans to fix up Dev and Kajal before Dev reveals the truth of the parchment. Dev enters the store room, but runs away from there. Ameesha smiles. Nayantara and Kajal both pray for Dev's life. Ameesha finally reveals the truth to Dev that if he marries Kajal then he will survive, but Kajal will die. Dev is shocked.
