Thread has been really boring lately, so this is my attempt to spice it up.

I was watching the making of Talaash and Farhan Akhtar's sister was talking about how they came up with the idea for the story. Apparently, she and her friends were driving near a red light area one day when they saw a woman in the middle of the road and swerved. Then they stopped the car, looked outside and there was no one there. That's where the idea came from.
There are a lot of movies about ghosts, witches, etc. in Bollywood. Not all of them are good, but it's an interesting topic, great for suspense thrillers and horror films.

What's your favorite film about paranormal activity and have you ever experienced a paranormal activity yourself?

I've never experienced it (thank God) and I'm not sure what my fav film is. Not sure if it counts, but Manichitrathazhu was one of the best. The paranormal activity (things falling down breaking, etc) was never explained in the film, so that suspense was always there. I just saw a Telugu film Endukante Premanta, which was similar to Talaash (guy hanging out with spirit). That was kind of good.

Share, share!

I love horror stuff. My favorites are Raat, Vasthu Shastra and 13 b.
English movies are scarier, I freaked out watching Grudge series and Paranormal activity 1 2 was scary, 3 i was bored! 1920 to an extent was freaky, the funniest part is when i had watched haunted 3d (my first horror in movie in theater) freaked out actually but now when i think about it i find that movie(haunted 3d) silly! But gotta admit Grudge was the most scariest apart from that drag me 2 hell & night at the elm street/ Orphan were other spine chilling movies!

BW is a failure when it comes to horror movies. Why do they even make horror films ? 😆
I have not experienced any paranormal activity and that is why I do not believe in spirits and ghosts. I would believe once I experience anything someday.

My favs have to be...Grudge, Final Destination series, Shutter ( the Thai version...I find it really scary and recommend to watch ), Orphan etc!
