Well I Think they wanna bring a track between noor and arshad because both of them are single !so they wanna patch up both of them ..and yh i think they hvae a crush on eachother ..well i dont find them bad they gonna look good together lool!

Cv is paving way for Rantara ..
When the daya mai villain track will start & they both runs away or whatever..
These guys will help Raghu & Antara then..
I find it very fexible..

Its filler as thy need to show soemthing...

CVs wouldn't introduce them if they didn't think it will help the leads later. Remember, the storylines is still building, Rantara haven't even fallen in love for eachother yet. It's just friendship right now.

The story is Rantara fall in love and Dayamai comes in between. I am sure Noor and Arshad will help in someway.
