I more or less people hating Ganga coz she was in Singhs house more than needed. But what will a womab with a kid in hand do who has nowhere to go? Its Singhs who wronged her in keeping there long. Before situations rise they could've shifted her to someother safe place. After that she's hated coz she fell in love with Jagya. But she was abused womab who has never experienced love and affection. All she has gone through is misery., when she found the much needed affection and respect she craved for she fell in love with him which is a natural phenomenon. There have been umpteen posts teasing her Koni, koni Slang. But what's so funny in her accent? Even DS speaks the same repeatedly. howcome she's appreciated for it whereas Ganga is teased?. Next, how is she being criticised that she's preferring to impress Singhs rather than loving mannu? She never beat him for them. even in godhbharai she was taking out her frustration on Mannu that too becoz he did a mess which he was told off for. Its very obvious a mother treats her kid that way in time of frustrations. What else she can do when Ratan attacked, She did a sacrifice which no mother could do. But that's reasonable as ten other people's life is at stake coz of Mannu. She did what a human with humanity would do. After that lot of people say she's behaving like a Servant in BH that's why she's not getting her due respect . Omg, what a crap? When has Sumitra, Gehna and Anandi sat equal among DS and the men? never. Whenever Sumi goes to speak with DS she'll kneel on the ground. if Ganga is a servant so is Sumi. Just becoz she's a poor, orphaned gal doesn't mean she can be manhandled and be taken inferior to others. If the hatred is only becoz she's paired opposite Jagya, then its a injustice to Ganga's role. Cvs have butchered many roles and characters before. Its them who brought Ganga to bh, and made her a weak, low-self esteemed woman. Its their fault they aren't showing the same fearless Ganga who was shown with a fire in her eyes.. I miss the initial Ganga very much.
