Sorry Ssushant,but Aankita just doesnt look like BW material,int he same way like Prachi was never BW material.She must be a good actor but we all know you need that X factor to make a presence in BW.

i m no fan of ankita, but i wud hv loved to see her in hny. she looks pretty n can dance quite well too. plus whatever i have heard of the character, she suited the role.

I am sorry but this is no dig. The initial ques was abt tv actors in general. And he cld have been speaking from his experience when he got rejected from places. The next part was abt ankita. The reporter put 2+2=5 and made a sensational headline.

I dont know if he is arrogant or not but he certainly is not stupid enough to take digs at anyone. He did not even retort to anushka when she pretty much ran him down in press

I dont know if there is a dig or not but Suahnt should know that a filmaker will anytime consider a BW Star rather than a newcomer who isnt established!

Actors always have excuse when they get rejected: It's because am not from a filmy family, it's because I don't have a godfather, it's because Bollywood isn't ready for TV actors.

These actors need to realize that directors choose who they think will fit the role..godfather, filmy background, and all the other crappy excuse doesn't exist. Directors aren't stupid..they know who will fit the role the best.
