Although a lot has already been said (in a very sophisticated manner, if I may), I would still like to share my two cents sheerly because Najma and Zoya's behavior has irked me beyond comparison.

Starting from Najma, I see that your argument is that "she doesn't owe the Siddiquis anything". And a truer statement couldn't have been stated. However, what baffles me is that she failed to show even a morsel of remorse. All those tears she shed at Imran's house were due to the fact that her special day had gone extremely awry. Nothing more than that. Her asking for Imran's affirmation was literally a slap in the face of Nikhat. I don't see how Najma failed to noticed. Wait. Actually, I do. She was too absorbed in her own wittle confessions. If not as a sister, she should've felt guilty as a fellow human being.

It won't be long before Najma turns into an analog of Shireen (however, I do acknowledge that Imran "loves"Najma instead of Nikhat). Shireen, as the other woman, doesn't "owe" anything to Dilshaad either. Regardless, you see everyone grinding their gears about how she should be swallowed into a black hole of guilt. Tell, me really, what is the difference? Because I don't see it.

And Zoya. Hold on. Give me a minute while a calm myself enough to write a coherent response. Holy mother of pearls. What in the name of all things pure is wrong with this girl?! She needs to be acquainted with the phrase "practice what you preach". Because correct me if I'm wrong, but did she or did she not run away and effing changed her lifestyle because of a break up? And I wouldn't like to hear the "true love" crapfest because Nikhat also truly loved (why, why whyyy that scumbag Nikhat?!) that wuss. Zoya seems to be in a rush to get Najma married for some reason. And it was so awkward to hear her cracking jokes at the dinner table. Like she has been a part of the Khan Household long enough to know the gravity of the situation. She knows what Asad thinks of his other siblings and yet she still had to go on about getting Najma married? Who the eff stuffed a ball into her mouth at Haseena's house where she should've been speaking up? She needs to chill out her biscuits because her shit is getting intolerable.

Also, I wish there was some way to teleport myself into today's episode. I would've royally smacked Zoya at the dinner table and Najma when she was going all blushy. 😳

I don't. He is justified in being pissed off with imran but he needs to keep him mouth shut when it comes to accusing asad of anything. He expects asad to understand and be polite about shireen who actively destroyed dilshaad's life but god forbid asad tries to do something for his sister who he grew up with. Ayaan was all kinds of wrong yesterday and today. If najma is being insensitive towards Nikhat now isn't that something Ayaan, Nikhat and nuzhat are all guilty of when it comes to their own half-siblings?

agree wid u ...asad share different kind of bond wid his half siblings coz he has lived wid ayaan n was constantly meeting him last 17 years ...so his luv n care automatically extended to nikhat n nuzhat ...but najma is different ..she has no bonding watsoever wid her half siblings ...she can feel for dem ...but she has no reason to sacrifice imran...d man who claims to die w/o her for nikhat

Hi Rupunzle :) Getting to read your post and reply after a long time :)
I TOTALLY agree about wishing to see Zoya work. She has no aim in life except Mr. Khan and her Dad. Now, I understand that love ( familial or romantic) equates to life for some people, but I am one personal who cannot survive without personal goals. Therefore, I wrongfully expect these Indian, female TV characters to also have a professional life which is obviously too much to ask in this medium. There is a certain other show on Sony that I am watching in the same time slot and I can relate so much more to the 34 year-old character than Zoya who is closer to my age. So, yes, it's really disappointing that we don't get to see anything other than family fights, occasional sibling rivalry, Tanveer , Razia and Badi Bi, and now next in line is the torture that Haseena Bi will put Najma through. 🤢

I really dont have an opinion about Najma being right or wrong. My only complaint (like mentioned in the other thread) is the fact that Zoya does not want to know the story on Nikhat's side. I understand it is none of her business but her character has been portrayed as a lady who goes out of the way to help others, even strangers in many cases since the serial started and that is what really landed in trouble most of times. Humera was and still is a stranger from her point yet she helped her directly (ramp walk and sagaai time) and indirectly (convincing Ayaan for sagaai, etc). Even Rashid for that matter (when she met him) was a stranger. She tried her best to get him and Dilshaad together. and now suddenly she seems to be too engrossed with Najma's marriage that she doesn't realize what it is to be heart broken.

RASHID,MARIAM ETC WERE STRANGERS FOR ZOYA...BUT WEN SHE COME TO KNW ABT RASHID DILSHAD RELATION WHAT SHE DID IS TO CONFRONT WITH RASHID...SHE EVEN USED HARSH WORDS WITH HIM COZ SHE LOVE HER POOPI UNCONDITIONALLY...THE SAME IS APPLICABLE HERE...ZOYA LOVE NAJMA...SHE IS MORE THAN A FRND TO HER SO OBVIOUSLY SHE WILL STAND FOR HER...JUST THINK IF THIS IS HAPPENING TO NAJMA AND HUMAIRA IS IN ZOYA'S PLACE...SHE WILL ALSO DO THE SAME THING ...WE ALL WILL FIRST THINK OF OUR DEAR ONES ONLY...SO I DON'T FIND ANY WRONG IN ZOYA...AND AFTERALL ONLY WE VIEWERS KNW ABT IMRAN-TANVEER-HASEENA ETC NT ZOYA...😊

Zoya has always believed in girl power, individuality, and independence. She didn't want to be married in the first place (with Akram) because she wanted to etch a place for herself. And now all she wants to do is get Najma married, who in the first place has not even finished college!

The short answer is NO! Non of the other Khan family has ever treated Najma as anyone but an outsider!

Rashid has never bothered with Najma and neither has Ayaan who comes to see Asad all the time. Asad has always been close to the other two sisters. But mostly to Nikhat, her being the older sister, he can relate better to her. He actually talks more one on one to her than he does to Najma.

But Ayaan? He has never treated Najma as a sister. He is closer to Zoya? So he has NO right to criticise Asad when it comes to sisters!

Nikhat and Ayaan can't really expect any loyalty from Najma. As for Asad...they both know that he has always been there for him! This is a really bad situation, and everyone is reacting because of what Nikhat has already been through with Haseena bi and Imraan!

But it is VERY hypocritical of Ayaan to accuse Asad of not caring for his half sister, when he CLEARLY never cared for HIS!!

While I agree that she has absolutely no obligation towards anyone else other than her immediate family there are a few points that are bothering me.

Najma:
She behaved rightly when Imran came to her. But before getting back to him, doesn't she need to take Nikhat's point of view too? Imran might be her true love but its been three years so she should have spoken to Nikhat about it and not Asad. Especially given the dicey relationship between the two families. Practically speaking, she needs to know the reason for the break up since for three years they haven't been in contact and a lot can happen. Normally no girlfriend would go to the ex but here its her step sister.

Zoya:

More than anything, its the rush that has irritated me. Lets accept Nikhat's moved on, but after all the drama that's happened a little time gap would be right, don't you think?
If Nikhat has indeed moved on, she wouldn't have come there. This indicates she still has hopes. So going by that, though she says she's fine, it is obvious to anyone that it will take time. So how can Zoya be obtuse?
It is not that the Khans have to delay the wedding, its more about empathy. If we could see that in Zoya then I guess it wouldn't have mattered much.
