Trapped Soul
Chapter 6 : Will you marry me ?
Khushi "You will help me ? (Laughs)"
Arnav looking over her , smiling on watching her sweet face while she laughed .
Khushi "Ok ! So here our ways will part . The road that goes to city is that and i have to go other side ."
Arnav thought "If we parted here then I will never be able to save her . Tomorrow they will get married . As by now the army officer , my grand dadaji , have already took the proposal to her father ."
He spoke up "Wait !! Actually , wo ..."
Khushi "Arey Kya hua ?"
Arnav "Actually, I was really chasing you . I was not lost ."
Khushi "Hmmm !!! Toh yeh hai janab ka asli raaz ."
Arnav "Wait ! Tell me one answer . You are a British , then why your name is Khushi ? And you can speak Hindi so well ?"
Khushi "Hm ? You are so clever . Only this thought came to your mind . Actually my mother is an Indian and my father married her . So .."
Arnav "So , do you also want to marry an Indian ?"
Khushi's eyes widened . She looked at him .
"Not really . I want to marry a man who suits me and my wishes "
Arnav interrupted "And what if your father force you to marry someone . ? Will you accept ?"
Khushi "Dekhiye ! Who are you to ask all of these questions ? Why I am telling you all this ?"
Arnav "I told you right ? I am here to save you ."
Standing like a confused soul , Khushi spoke "You are some spy right ? Sent by any of my father's enemy ?"
Now this make him somehow irritated , "Why cant you understand khushi , if I were an enemy then I had so much time to do something to you . tell me did I did anything bad ?"
Accepting this point , Khushi realised "I am sorry !!! Actually Arnav , there are so many spies and enemies around . you are lucky that you are around me today coz the bodyguards are away ."
Arnav said while looking into her eyes "Even if they were here , we had to meet Khushi .Its in our destiny . Your desting ..."
He whispered "To change your destiny "
Khushi "Kya kaha aapne ?"
Arnav "Khushi !!! Look in my eyes . Dont you see like there is something for you , feeling that is so pure ?"
Khushi "What ? By the way Eyes lie Mr Arnav "
Arnav clutched her arms , not tightly , and pulled her closer "And what about hearts ? Do they lie also ?"
Khushi released herself and slapped him "What the hell are you doing ?I am not saying anything , that doesnt mean that I am your property . Just get lost from here . I dont even want to see your face ."
Arnav turned back saying "Still I am there for you Khushi ."
And he started walking leaving Khushi standing there only like a dummy
She was watching him from behind . She was feeling something different . Something strange .
Now she too turned and started to leave only when Arnav turned back to see her .
He watched her leaving .
Arnav to himself "I k9 Khushi , this is not easy for you . This will be strange for anyone . I asked you so much in the first meet itself . And still respecting me you gave so many answers and listened to me . This shows how kind you are . "
He continued "But understand me too Khushi , I am not doing anybad to you . I just want to save you because its just one day left now . If he died tomorrow then I will not be able to save you ."
Arnav went to the cottage that was near to the hotel and stayed there for night .
All the time thinking "Who is this Shyam ? I just want to see him once . I will save Khushi from him . But how can i save her ?"
In all these thoughts , he slept .
Next day , he was woke up by an announcement outta there . It was too loud that even being distant from that place , he could hear .
It said "Listen all !! Everyone is invited for tonight marriage ceremony of Shyam and Khushi "
Arnav sighed "I knew it !!! Damnit !! I k9 Khushi you are going through so much pain right now . I understand your heart this time . I have read your brain ."
With this he suddenly got ready and hurriedly ran to Khushi's house .
Asking by some people , he reached .
The house was on decoration . He hidingly went inside by putting some worker's clothes and managed to sneak inside Khushi's room .
Khushi was sitting there looking into the mirror . Her hairs were opened and spreaded beside her one elbow .
She looked so cute but sad .
Arnav "I k9 what are you thinking ?"
Khushi stood up in shock and turned to him "Tumm !!!"
Arnav "Yes !! Me . Arnav . And i k9 that you dont want to marry him ."
Telling some more of her thoughts , Arnav "Isnt that what you are thinking ?"
Khushi stood still wondering how on earth he read her mind and heart .
She cant share her things with anyone in her home .
But as she saw that he understand her , he actually feel for her , She bursted out crying in front of him .
"I ...dont want ...to marry him . Because .."
Arnav interrupted "because he is a jerk and not a good person ."
Khushi looked at him with big eyes .
Khushi "Kaun ho tum ? ?"
Arnav "I told you right . I am here to save you "
Khushi , as always , dint understood what he said . She said loudly"Par kyun ? Why you want to save me ? Kya rishta hai humara ?"
Arnav "I myself dont k9 why ? Mujhe khud nahi pta ki kya rishta hai humara ? But one thing i k9 is whatever relation we have It is so much pure and divine and for sake of that I will save you ."
Khushi just stared at him "How can a stranger make you feel like he considers you so much in his life ? How can he make you feel that he thinks for you more than his family ? How can he give you a feeling in your heart ?"
Both stared in each other's eyes . Both were in pain .
Arnav "Lets marry Khushi . Its the only way to escape . Do you belive me ?"
Shockingly Khushi said ...
