i think gauri will be shown dead but will be saved by her nanni and come back in a new avtar like parvati proven to be dead but came back. i also think nikila will kidnapp gauri and later prove she is dead but will be saved by her naani as she is now in coma .she will return to show all the true face of nikila.

well there can be two possibilities about gauri's death..

there is a new promo "nayi pehechan"..

that can mean that gauri really dies and a look alike of gauri is introduced...a new avatar with different personality..

second as it always happens in ekta's serial she can come back to life and there is no fear of her staying as shiv's wife coz in that lasped of time of her death her destiny and fate changed completely...

now there is an interview of hiten where he said that ipshita and anupam will get married and the twist will be gauri learning about shiv's love for ipshita..

so you see its so confusing with the promo and the interview wat to predict...

my pov i dont want a look alike of gauri as its the story of shiv/gauri who is so innocent,loyal ,sweet and who loves shiv unconditionaly...i just want the twist which hiten suggested...

but as you suggested something may happen in the hospital and gauri is saved and comeback later..ekta's serial everything is possible..

so lets wait and watch..
