Aditya Khurana's intentions maybe wrong but what he said today was extremely true. The team feels professional life is a joke. (Well !! I don't blame them either as it is their first step into the outer world out of their protective dream land, so the anger and agitation justified.)
Today whatever Aditya Khurana said was the first SLAP of the real world to the team, which states clearly, you need to follow the thick rules. You need to be prepared for any of the situation anytime and accept things gracefully. In any team such as Euphoria, Backstreet Boys etc there is one very popular face which in their team is Rey's, as Aditya Khurana is making him. The other team members need to thrive themselvs to get recognized.
Today Neha after the insult was not even able to focus on her steps, that is lack of confidence, and after that what Aditya Khurana said was not a lie, it was a fact. There are many Aditya Khurana who would criticize you and put you down at every step, but we should not lose our confidence and cool, as Neha did. She and the team needs to polish their weaknesses and turn them into strengths, then only can they be able to become a lead.
They need to take criticisms in a positive way and then turn it into their strengths, then only can they survive in this BAD WORLD as outside the college there is a cut throat competition. There is no lack of talent, everybody is here to prove their mettle and move forward. If all the team members wants a lead position they need to first polish themselves and show Aditya Khurana how wrong he was in judging them. This is the only way to win from Aditya Khurana and many others like him.
