Imraan could be a senior student.. a post grad guy or something..they need not be in the same class...he is a weak guy who did what a lot of guys do..sleep with someone else to get over his ex...difficult to accept but it happens...he passed out of college and after 3 years got engaged to another girl...he may have not known then that Nikhat and Najma were stepsisters...after all not everyone in bhopal knew about Asad and Ayaan.even Haseena did not...it became public knowledge later on...
