Ya noticed it...
Now after reading you all I am confused...Its Karan who got hurt or Its Asad...😕 I mean, it's a symbol like Ankiee and I thought...or its a mark of the time when Karan got hurt doing that Super-Angry-Young man action wala scene...😕
