I know he may get exposed soon but I dont think police can take care of him. Do you remember last time he escaped in less than 2 days and also gave a dialogue on being in jail half his life. Finishing him off is a permanent measure to get rid of such 'insaanyat par bojh'.

same thoughts here...first she would prove that she wasn't lying...then she can prove that Sultan was trying to frame RK in false case...she can also prove that Sultan was blackmailing her...
