Hi my dear Jaanus all over the world,

I am not even sure if this should be a post but I had to speak my heart out after hearing the news that Amita ka Amit will be replaced by Saas bina sasural season 2. No offense or anything to other shows but what is wrong with Amita ka Amit? After such a long time we are seeing a simple, clean show that keeps up with the essence of what it was started on " Phir bhi zindagi khoobsurat". The characters and costumes refreshingly real.

I am sure many of us agree to this and there are a many silent followers and fans of this show. My request to all the AKA fan out there is that, is there anyway we can have a petition to keep the show going. Is there anyway we can tell Sony tv to not replace Amita ka Amit. Lets put our heads together and see what we can do to keep our favorite show being replaced.

we could probably write to Sony.
ohmygodurgreat would remember from IPKKND days the power that fans can have on a show. I guess we should show that for a clean show like Amita ka Amit.

I just cannot think of AKA going off air. I really don't see any reason for it too. I am sure it won't be replaced by the new show. The show that airs at 8.00 PM may go off air soon, there is news about that. So I think, this new show will replace it, Not sure though. But the article is just a rumour. They themselves are not sure about it.

Yeah exactly Gayatri, I did sign a lot many petitions there too. Fan power can do wonders. We definitely need to do it for AKA.

The show does not even appear in the Sony shows link http://www.setindia.com/shows.php and I had to search it from the Full Schedule link on the right side of the page.
I have posted a comment there but it will be reviewed and then published.
But that should not stop us from commenting.

Friends,

First lets contact swasthik productions and get a clarity on this

second , if its true then start a tweetathon and petition lets send it to Sony management and Swathik productions too.

on facebook and twitter where ever possible we will request them to allot a diff slot or keep it going.

I hope this will work out.

agree, sree. in the meanwhile, we also need some activity on Sony website to show that we are not silent or missing fans. there are no comments there since jan (only 2 that too).
sony needs to know that even clean shows and not just kekta shows have fans.
