Biggest Bloopers:

1. The CVs showed that case is going before the Bombay High Court, it's not possible because at the trial stage the case is heard before the Sessions Court.

2. RK was given Prisoner's clothes: Unless and until a sentence is pronounced by the Court, no one is given such clothes because it's judicial custody and not jail, and RK's crime is yet to be proved and till that he is innocent in the eyes of law.

3. Ignoring the 2nd point that CVs gave RK the prisoner's clothes, then in today's episode again he was wearing his own clothes, given the fact that he already surrendered his belongings to the Police. It means Police is allowing him to change to normal clothes especially for the court proceedings.

4. The biggest blooper : when a case of murder initiates before the Court, first and foremost requirement is production of Post-mortem Report and Death Certificate before the Court and all these certificates bear signature/authentication of Government specialists. It's not as simple as CVs are showing to act fake death drama before the Court on the basis of money power because these proceedings are very technical. If it would have been that easy to fake death before the Court, there would have been numerous fake murder cases before the courts. Criminal Procedure Code is very technical to deal with murder cases.

CVs should think before showing this nonsense legal drama to the viewers, because they may not be aware of the laws but almost all reasonable persons of this country are aware of this. This legal drama 😆is seriously frustrating and being a law student it is really intolerable. Why do they show all these legal things when they can't handle it.Seriously RIP Laws for Madhubala. Waiting for the end of this Track.😡

Bang on post.😆
Yep, they show his body to madhu in the morgue, where as he said he just jump in the water and swim away... from where that body came? And where is his postmortem report, death certificate, and specially where is the body.😲 This CVs took us for granted dumb...please give us some credit😡

To be very frank, there are two bitter truth:
1. Indian laws are made just to show off people that India is a country & there are rules & regulations for the people living in. These laws are violated now & then by the rich & politicians. The one who is weak only have to follow rules & laws. So even if they show all this happening in a court in name of law, don't be so surprised.

2. Indian shows lack logic & if we want our peace of mind, its better to stop watching television.

P.S. I loved your post. And don't think that I am against you because of whatever I mentioned in point 2. Its just my thinking.
Being a law student you very well know what is going on in the name of law. If you are an honest lawyer, I would appreciate that but in India there is no place for honest, straight forward, right & genuine people. Whoever goes against the politicians or government officials for violating the rules, they are either killed or jailed forever.

Regards,
Honey

Thanks for your genuine opinion, I really appreciate that 😊 but frankly speaking I agree with you that most of the time rich and powerful people violate the laws but there is a limit. Everyone is aware of the level of corruption in all the three wings of the Government i.e. Judiciary, Executive and legislature but when it comes to Judiciary that's a bit technical especially in cases involving murder. People do take help of loopholes present in the laws but you can't outrightly ignore the law like it was shown in the serial by way of fake murder/death.
Secondly I know Indian shows lack logic but with Madhubala I thought they won't follow the path shown by their predecessors becoz they claimed it to be different from others and I really enjoyed the earlier episodes. So, when they also started showing Ekta Kapoor style track, so just felt little irritated.
