I just watched Today's epi of SP. After watching it, my mom tells me that this story line reminds her of an old hindi film 'Aap Ki Kasam' starring Rajesh Khanna, Mumtaz and Sanjeev Kumar. Where the hubby Rajesh Khanna doubts his wife's (Mumtaz) character and thinks she's having an affair with his best friend (Sanjeev Kumar), and when finally he does confront her about it.. she feels very hurt and devastated that her hubby does not trust her at all, and when he asks her to confirm what he thinks is going on b/w her and his best friend, she tells him that it would be an insult to even justify such ridiculous accusations and feeling hurt at how little her hubby trusts her she leaves and walks away from his life. And after she leaves town she realises she is pregnant. But she never lets her hubby know about it, thinking that he may even doubt the paternity of the baby. Later on in life the hubby comes to know that his wife wasn't having an affair, but by that time it was too late. Then they show many years later the hubby has lived his whole life in guilt and remorse and very unsuccessful in life, and then oneday he meets his long lost wife at a wedding..which he was watching from outside. The wedding was of his own daughter. The wife sees him and introduces his daughter to him and vice versa.
Anyways...my mom says she feels that the story looks like it is going that way . Saloni is bound to leave for her real life weddding and honeymoon, so she is sure to be gone for a while 😠.
If the story goes anywhere close to this old movie's story, then it is definitely going to be the least watched shows, and will drop down to the bottom in Trps
