Vahbbiz Dorabjee, who became popular as the fun loving Panchi from Pyaar Kii Yeh Ek Kahaani, has now entered Saraswatichandra in a dramatically different role. While Vahbbiz is very different from her character Alakh, she says portraying the character isn't too difficult.
The actress says, "The look is very different from anything I have done before, although I do wear saris in real life. Personally, I don't take myself too seriously but I do have a philosophical and mature side to me. I look at this role as a challenge as it's something very different for me."
The actress is happy to be able to share screen space with her old friend Gautam Rode in the show. She says, "Gautam is an old friend but now I am seeing him in a new light, as a fantastic co-actor. He looks into every aspect of the role and I admire him for that."

"On the sets I ike having some hot vada pao and coffee during the rains. I usually stick to shorts, jumpsuits and chappals, during this season," she adds.
While fans seem to be loving the onscreen chemistry between Vivian and co-star Drashti Dhami in Madhubala, Vahbbiz says she has no reason to feel insecure. She says, "Both deserve the success after all the hard work hard they have put in. I have been a regular on the Madhubala sets and have seen how hard they slog."
The actress goes on to reveal that she would love to work with her husband again as soon as an opportunity comes by. "I haven't played a romantic character till date and I would love to play one opposite Vivian. We were offered Nach Baliye twice but could not do it because Vivian has an exclusive contract.
