TODAY IS A FAIRY TALE
It was a sunny winter afternoon . so cold that the snow crunched underfoot and jarin , her arm around mine , had a silvery layer of frost on the curls round her temples. We were standing on a high hill . from our feet down to the bottom ran a steep slope which the sun was gazing into like a mirrow . besides we were covered with a red warm blanket as our tents remained isolated , we had come all the way from Mumbai to Manali to spend our second year married anniversary , we had been happily married since two blissful years , both of us were settled I was the leading sensation of India my daily soaps got me frame , power and money and my dearest wifey choose to be a doctor it still amze me that she managed to pass all her chemistry exams , I put my arms around her as we recalled those days of our love , of our friend ship of our confession
FLASHBACK:
It was the last year of school as we were taken to Manali for our last camp trip from our hostel as we studied in Mumbai , she was from Bangladesh and I was from Delhi since the very first day of playgroup we had become bff and our friendship lasted till school but no more as for now I had a feeling of love emerging in me, and the feeling could no longer be hold back ,and I too feared of losing her to him , Edward Cullen the exchange student I did know that he had a soft corner for her but I would not let his shadow also come near my girl ,but he seemed to never miss a chance it was the first bone fire of our camp as all the twelve student sat rounding the fire as she sat beside me my arms wrapped around her waist as she quietly watched Edward playing to the tunes of Thousand Years , as with the passing moment my blood began to boil inside my body as every body cheered him but I remained retrain busy admiring the beauty in my hands , the fire made her face a red affect as the smile played in her face I was glad that the song was over as she looked at me and said in her sweet voice

ASHISH:it was ok there is still a lot Edward needs to work on
Lucky him that he got my words as he headed towards us , jarin was suddenly so conscious about her position she separated herself as he asked me or more taunted me
EDWARD:ashish why don't you sing a song and entertain us what say jarin
My eyes was redden with anger how could he even take my girls name with his dirty mouth as I took up the challenge and I smirked and said
ASHISH: why not ? anything for MY jarin
As I took the guitar and he took my position and I went to the centre as I started to sing with my eyes hooked on her I was glad that she was a remained distance from Edward but it irked me that she talked with him , as to get her attention I started to sing

After my song I went back to my place as everyone was apprated me , but I was blinded with rage as the entire time while I was singiecing jarin was busy chatting with Edward , his hands were locked in hers , and now she was to be not seen anywhere I banged my guitar and went on for searching for her , as finally I saw them together in the inner forest I could see jarin pinned to the wall as it seemed like Edward face nearer and nearer to her from there it looked like I could not bear it and I was blinded with anger as my hands went and there was a punch on his face , he was busy rubbing the blood off his face as jarin caught my arms and pleaded me
JARIN:what happened ashish ?
I did not bother to answer her I just grabbed her by her arms and dragged her to her nearer to my face and warned him
ASHISH:Edward you dare not come close to my girl
EDWARD:what is wrong with you man I was just trying to put the chain around her neck
ASHISH:put it again and show I will also help you to put a rope around your neck and choke you to dead
Saying this I was dragging jarin back to her tent I could see that she was angry as she pulled herself apart from my hands and screamed
JARIN:god ashish what is wrong with you ? why did you do that to Edward?
ASHISH:oh I am sorry did I disturb your kiss please forgive me
JARIN:for god sake he was just helping me and nothing else
ASHISH:if you wanted help why did you not ask me and why did you move out with him and why was you talking to him the entire time
JARIN:I do not know why are you behaving this way? If it is not he than it will be some other guy …. You can always not be so possessive about me I am your best friend not girlfriend
She raised her pitch for the first time as I kept quite , she realized her mistake and caressed my cheek as she said all lovingly
JARIN:I am sorry ashish but why are you doing so?
I could not longer hold back my feelings as tear rolled down my cheek as I said
ASHISH: because I love you , since the first time we meet , since the time we talked , since you cried for your bad marks in chemistry , since you spoiled miss dasgupta 's note book , since we played basketball after school , since we parted during hospital , I had always love you and will continue to love you the only other girl I will ever love in my life will be our daughter
Time paused as the same hill top was blowing with a silent wind playing a tune of love but suddenly I felt her hand on my cheek she slapped me and she screamed with tears over flowing from her eyes I too loved you since the very beginning but in fear of losing our friendship did not confess but I love you more than anything ashish
For some time I was confused as I pulled her into my embrace and that was the beginning of our love story
FLASHBACK OVER
We still recall the day we went tobogganing together and winds blew her the words ' I love you jarin' it is now the happiest and most precious moment of our life as we watched the orange sun filling up the entire sky with its light s it had to be now as we stood in the hill top watching the beautiful sunrise as she pleaded me
JARIN:do lets slide down ashish just once and I assure you will be quite safe and sound
But I was afraid the space from my galoshes to the foot of the icy slope seemed like a terrible , incredibly deep abyss to me , my heart sank as I said trying to hide my fear
ASHISH:let it be jarin we will try some other day please
JARIN: don't be afraid that would be faint hearted cowardly
I finally agreed as she put her arms round my waist and plunged into the abyss with her , the toboggan whizzed off like a bullet through the air which beat our faces , howled , whistled in our ears , whipped us painfully and plucked our spitefully , trying to pull our heads off our shoulder . so hard did it batter us , that we could not breath . everything around seemed us blurred into a long swift moving strip I thought this was the end of US as I screamed to her
ASHISH:I love you Jarin
The toboggan began to slow down , the roar of the wind and the hissing of the runners were no longer so terrifying , we began to breath freely and at last reached the bottom I was more dead as my eyes were horrow stricken and I hugged her saying
ASHISH: I would not let us go down again for nothing … in this world we nearly died
A little later we recovered and began looking into my eyes enquiring : had I said those four words , or she had only imagined she heard them in the wind? I stood beside her and studying her face as she replied with a blush
JARIN:but I loved watching a tensed and concern uday it was a good way of scaring you
ASHISH:so you are teasing me now
I said as I made a snow ball and hit her , but she too was quick as she too hit me , and there was a snow fight finally getting tired we rolled down on the snow , and lay there watching the deep blue sky We had no idea since how long we stayed that way as after sometime we rested our body on the snow making angles on it
