She's such a sweet little girl though. I can't ever imagine Humeira like that. Even if she would say something mean, I'd still want to pinch her cheeks. I hope they bring some reasonable twist in her and Ayaan's love story. As reasonable as one can be on television that is.

Zoya was a misfit in Asad's house at first... it did lead to immediate disaster (Zoya ending up in Asad's bed, Najma wig incident, Zoya bakes a cake with Asad's CD in it, Zoya goes to jail, etc)... and the last part, neither Zoya or Asad realized when they ended up falling in love.

Exactly my point. If Asad is Ayan..

then the pious girl has to be Humeira ... otherwise who ?

Yeah and Tanveer doesn't count since technically she and Asad didn't get engaged

Or Maybe the synopsis is no longer valid.. they changed the story completely...

I really hope they changed it up, cuz if they really did switch Asad and Ayaan's name, then AsYa will be getting a divorce, that'll be such a distasteful track if it happens

It says she is a complete liar... Which means she is the one who stages this rajni drama to make ayaan realise the love for her. So when Ayaan comes to know that she was pretending to have mental disorder . Then isn't she a complete lair for Ayaan and hasn't she taken him for a ride all along while she played as rajni...

I feel that original synopsis should have read like this. Though I am sure that Gul must have changed the plot a lot since then...

Qubool Hain is a Muslim Social Drama in the "Rom Com" zone.

It is the story of two families related by blood and yet distanced by circumstances. It is the story of two brothersAsad and Ayaan who are separated by their families but are united in their hearts.

It is also the story of Zoya, a girl who starts by hating the culture of hypocrisy in joint families and eventually ends up bringing together the two warring families.

The journey of the Khan family is seen through the eyes of our three protagonists…Zoya the young, spunky and progressive NRI, Ayaan the charming boy who falls for every beautiful face and Asad the man with the angst who eventually learns to love.

However, like fate usually does, things take a turn. Asad's temporary marriage to Zoya gets dissolved and Zoya finds out that Asad was responsible for it.

And here, Ayan finds out that his pious to be bride(Humeira). is a complete liar and was taking him for a ride all along. Rajni thing !

And now begins the next chapter of the story…. with Asad wanting to win back Zoya with whom he has totally fallen in love with and Ayan vowing to never ever love again.

Asad realizes that the only way he can win back Zoya is with the help of Ayan(Halala concept). But Ayan hates women and more so women like Zoya. So what will unfold now between the two brothers and Zoya?

I feel that now GUL has a new more convoluted plot .. that is why she is rushing through episodes but this was how she must have thought in the starting... so now what happens ? Don't Know...
