Seattle, WA or California (help)

Hey guys,

My parents are deciding to move and in April we are planning to visit either Seattle of California....the thing is my parents want to move to where theres more Indians....so can u guys tell me which one is better place to move....Seattle or a certain city in California...thankz i'll appreciate everyones help
