Abhishek Bachchan faces up to the Hrithik Roshan challenge with Drona !

Having won Aishwarya Rai over in real life, Abhishek Bachchan is now hoping to vanquish Hrithik Roshan as the superhero of Indian cinema and erase public memory of the perfect chemistry seen in Dhoom 2 between Hrithik and Aishwarya

20 Jan 2007 (Sawf News) - Having won Aishwarya Rai over in real life, Abhishek (Abhi) is now hoping to vanquish Hrithik as the superhero of Indian cinema and erase public memory of the perfect chemistry in Dhoom 2 between Hrithik and Aishwarya In Dhoom 2 Hrithik's dances were amazing, his stunts were amazing and, most importantly for Abhi, his onscreen chemistry with Aishwarya was amazing. His superb overall performance in the film as Aryan relegated Abhi's role to that of a supporting artist. Abhi could do very little other than watch awkwardly as his lady love Sunheri danced in the arms of Aryan. Hrithik Roshan and Abhi are childhood friends, who share a warm real life relationship. However, on screen they are rivals and so far it has been a pretty one sided rivalry with Hrithik having firmly established himself in the public mind as a super hero who as Aryan deserved to not just have Sunheri in his arms but even kiss her. Ah! The kiss! We know that Abhi and his family disapproved of it. Despite his dignified silence it must have stung Abhi and left him fuming inside. He has probably been eagerly waiting for an opportunity to get back at Hrithik ever since. Luckily for Abhi his close friend Goldi Behl has now given him just that opportunity - in the form of a super hero role in the film Drona. Drona will be packed with special effects and stunts and use state of the art technology to film them. In the film Abhi plays a meek, submissive, bespectacled nerd who undergoes radical transformation after some super natural experiences. Prinyaka Chopra plays Abhi's lady love. Considering that she played Hrithik's lady love in Krrish one can say the playing field is pretty much level and the settings for the screen contest perfect!

Understandably, Abhi is not leaving any stone unturned and is making every effort to get his act right. What no one understands, however, is how super hero Abhi will get the superbody to go with the super hero role? Hrithik has it. He doesn't! 😆😆

Exactly.."kahan raja bose aur kahan gangu teli", there is no comparison when it comes to Abhi & Hrithik as Hrithik is far far ahead, he is not only a good actor but also a good dancer while all Abhi can do "jump" 😆
