I guess with Asad looking at the pregnancy reports, it would be clear that its not his baby. However, till date nobody in the serial is raising question on whether anything happened between Asad and Tannu or not (viewers are told that nothing happened by billi herself). Technically, Tanveer still has option open to go ahead and file rape charges against Asad (but it seems that CVs are not going to take this route to clear last question mark).
