Saras and Kumud still sitting wall to wall and having Flashbacks of their pastlife where Kumud is angry on Saras for not talking to her the whole day...They are communicating via Kumari who reprimands Saras...at this Kumud flares up and says that this is no way to talk to Saras...
I loved this frame...
Saras nad Kumari laugh at this and Kumari leaves them alone...Saras tries to scold her on the tone she used on Kumari...but Kumud says that she can talk to him anyway...but nobody else has the right to do so!!! (This one is a new flashback, but this they had established even in their earlier story...the Gauhatya track was a proof, she had taunted him to be selfish, but when the villagers blamed him, she stood like a rock!!!)

And I love how they stand toe to toe with each other...completely comfortable!!
And this one is awesomely cute...both looking so cute and completely at ease..
To the present...Saras is lamenting that now they have been so torn apart that he cant even touch her...
Kumud is sleeping and her chhota devar wakes her up...He tells her that he did not mean to wake her but he wanted the red bed sheet that she was covering herself with, as he wanted to play superman...and the next time anything is to harm her he would fly as a superman and save her (That is super cute😳Bacha why dont you fly in your brother and kick him aside😡)..He tells her that just like the man had saved her the other day...it was almost like she had cried for help and he had heard her and came to save her ...He tells her is she not thinking about thanking the superman bhaiya (Bhaiya hoga tera😛)...Kumud is struggling to smile from her tears and tells him that you are right, I should be thankful to him...afterall the reason I am here, is because of him
At VC Haveli:
Guniyal and DB are sitting and Guniyal is still not able to believe that Saras who had saved VC...took the blame for Gauhatya... could do such a thing, but DB says that she has learnt from her life love is with heart and marriage through fate...(True na..she was also jilted on the altar...by the man of the same family!)
At Dharmadhikari house...
Kumud is with her mother in law...who is looking at all the gifts that have come for marriage...Alak is passing through and her mother stops her to get her to look at the gifts...Alak is not interested...she calls a servant to hold the saree that her mother wants to see...Just then Saras comes in...he sees Kumud through the saree...the saree slowly comes down as they come face to face...and both of them remember their past again...
Palak tells Saras that they need to go ...but she gets a phone call and she goes from there...the MIL also gets some work and Saras and Kumud are left alone...they stare at each other...he tries to talk to her ...but she stops him saying that Dharmidhakari daughter in laws dont talk to strangers and addresses him as Navinchandra...Saras looks hurt...
She goes away and reaches her room...gets the white cloth that she had kept as his rememberance and says to herself that now she needs to find the reason for his actions...why he rejected her and her love.. (Arrey bhai that was what he was just doing..telling you the reason...and you stopped him all high and haughty!!)
VC is about to leave for the factory...when Sunny comes...They all get angry and blast on him...Sunny explains the whole thing...what happened in Dubai ...how Saras got his mother's letter, LN slaps Saras and Saras leaves his house...how he broke all his relations with LN and then Kumud but on realization he had set off from Dubai for Ratnanagri to get married to Kumud..but now he is not traceable...VC feels sorry..he says that he might not be able to forgive him but atleast he knows that the boy he trusted was not so bad...
Kumari says that they need to inform Kumud about this...but Badima stops her saying that on knowing this Kumud's heart will again pine for Saras which will not be good thing for her marriage...
Saras in his room in deep thinking when Kalika comes in🤢 She tries to flirt with him...Saras understands the double meaning behind her talks...he tries to maintain the distance but she sort of comes over to him and Saras loses it and tells her to maintain the distance (What is this?? The Buddhidhan family has a servant providing these kinds of services🤢 and dont know that their son is using these services😡)
Kalika gets offended...and blasts at Saras telling him that he too is a servant...and that she has control over the young master of the house (Pramad) ...(Did I see Saras's eyes flicker at this information???) and that she can complain about him to Pramad...
Just then our Sherni aka Kumud comes in and blasts Kalika off...she warns Kalika that if she uses this tone ever she will get her kicked her out of the house..and taunts Kalika that if she cannot clean the house, she better not try to malign it further and she better serve whom she CAN serve (Aha!! Two sentence and Kumud summed up Kalika's character and position of the house)
Kalika is majorly offended..and leaves huffing and puffing...
Saras and Kumud look at each other...and they both remember how Kumud had said that she can insult him but she wont tolerate if someone else talks in insulting way to him...both get emotional
Precap : Buddhidhan introducing Saras as Navinchandra to Kumud (errr isnt it too late in the day, he saved her after all!) Alak says that Kumud knows him...Saras and Kumud are shocked!
