it's such an old and cliched dialogue but the funniest part is that in RK's case it doesn't apply at all because ever since all this has started he hasn't once brought up the fact of him being a Superstar, the law enforcement seem to be the ones harping on about it more than anybody else so i don't see where they come off trying to give him lectures. he's been the perfect model citizen in all of this

Actually they are showing the reality. Law enforcement officials sometimes tend to be extra strict with celebrities because they want to show off that they are fair *even though sometimes they are just being unfair) and so they can make that celebrity an example so that others can learn from him. It happens a lot.
