I love it all

From art - Lootera, Udaan, Khamoshi, Jodha Akbar, Chameli, Paan Singh Tomar, Zubeidaa

Entertainment - Dabangg, 3 Idiots, OMG, Wanted, Singh Is King, HAHK, MPK, DDLJ, Jab we Met

It's just gotta be right ingredients in the selected meal

They both can be categorized under Cinema but will be viewed differently. While art film get called cinematic masterpiece or classic while a commercial flick might get the entertainer tag or masala

A bit of both I think. Don't mind a few entertaining films but then also enjoy my art films.

Jodha Akbar wasn't art it was mainstream just cause it took place in 1936 doesn't make it off beat

It had love action good music

It was like devdas

Also Jodha Akbar had Big budget . Art films don't have bug budgets

ofcourse both!!! art and entertainment!!!! 70pc art and 30pc entertainment!!! art doesnt mean slow films art means symbolic meaningful breakthrough ground breaking stuffs!!!

Both. Not sure which genre do movies like dhobi ghaat, a wednesday, earth belong to, but they were entertaining.

I dont consider movies like Ready or housefull entertaining. IMO they were torture!!

Didn't know Akbar was alive in 1936. 😆 It was set in 16th century I guess when he ruled.
