No, He doesn't want Bani to hate him, it was just to get her out from her stupor. Now he knows he can't live without her and he told Tarun that he would do anything to get her back at their first meeting. He want a chance to explain himself and win her back. Now that she is in her senses she may listen. He is willing to take that chance. he is certain she will hear him out. What to do, he is in love with her nah..
