He sat there, cluching the reciver close to his heart, with a sweet smile playing on his lips. His heart was finally at peace, knowing that she was not mad at him anymore. He had been really tensed in these last few days..fearing her anger...but she didnt even mentioned anything about that & talked to him like her usual self.
He had wanted to appologies for his rude behavior..he even had practiced it many times..but when it was time to do it..he couldnt..actually he didnt wanted to take risk by reminding her about their so called fight!
They talked for few minutes..
She had wished him "happy diwali" & also asked about him & his family. He had missed her talks so much.

Pal-pal soch me aana naa..
Hulchal dil me machana naa..
Dekho meri neende udana naa..
Dheere-dheere sapno me aana naa..

"She is really sweet.. But usse bhi jyada.. She is naughty!"...he chuckled at his own thought as he remeber how he had witnessed her naughty & carefree side for the first time...
For her..their first encounter was in school.. But she still didnt know that he had seen her even before that!

Flashback:

He & his elder brother were sitting in their balcony, disscusing about his new school which he was to join in a coupal of days. Thats when he saw her for the first time. She was with two other girls. And the reason he has noticed her..was the funny incident that followed. It seems that they were arguing on something..but nothing serious..it was more like in playful way...thats what it looked as they were laughing in between the argument.
Their laughs & ocassional cursing...got his & his brothers attention..in the other wise silent surroundings. she & one of those girls..were teaming up..against the third girl. They couldnt hear them clearly..but it looked like that third girl had said something to her which made her really upset..and as a reaction..she pushed that girl slightly..
None have expected what happene next. That girl fell back..flat on the road! ..as she was not prepared for that push & lost her balance..!
"Ohh..." his brother had exclaimed..feeling sorry for that girl.
She and that other girl also had been shocked with the events.. All were silent.. That third girl was staring the two with angery eyes.. After it got confirm that the girl wasnt injured.. She n the other girl started gigling..seeing the angery face of that third girl, which was turning red coz of the anger and more in embarrasment!
"I am going to kill u both..just wait.." that third girl had shouted..warning them..before marching twords them to take her revenge.
She started backing away.. shouting that she was really sorry and it wasnt intentionl. And then started their chasing game..with their laughs echocing in the silent lane... And soon they were out of his sight.
"bechari..pata nahi kya haal hoga ab uska.." ..his brother commemted.
"bechari? That girl fell coz of her pushing.." he taunted.
"she didnt meant to..and it wasnt serious.. Fir usne sorry bhi toh bola na..!" ..his brother argued.
He & his brother looked at each other silently..then both burst out laughing loudly...
"she is really sweet.." his brother said.
"han..but she is naughty too..!" he said smiling.

Flashback ends!

He had never thought that he would meet her again..
But he was pleasntly surpised when he saw her during the prayers, in the school ground..!
