Episode 325 Discussion: 16th July 2013

Welcome to the Episode discussion thread which we call as Viewer's and Reader's Respite. That's very apt, don't you think ? 😉. And that proves our objective.

Objective behind the thread is

It helps in keeping the forum clean without much litter. People just need to fall in a habit.
We can have it like breathers at first followed by analysis.
It also helps like-minded souls and pals bond and gel together to drop in their thoughts for themselves as breathers and for their friends as a peep into the episode and for others to post their reviews.
And those from different time-zones, who do not get to watch the episode at this time of telecast (Indian 8:30 PM), without any worry to trace or keep track of all their buddy's posts, they can come here, read with leisure and later post their analysis after watching it from their Time zones.

Extremist thoughts and moralizing thoughts are not welcome over this thread. It is entertainment show we are watching. The channel calls their programs as entertainment and we are watching the show. Discussions are welcome in light hearted and in realistic manner. Moral policing is not appreciated. We do not want to feel stifled into that kind of atmosphere here.

There are several other social welfare sites that are there to discuss the genuine issues. If for some reason, it is felt that social concerns have to be addressed and ethical and moral responsibility needs to be exercised for watching entertainment, then; certainly the forum is an open place to create separate ATs and build up that kind of propaganda.

Please heed to this as direct request and conditional requirement to participate in this thread. Strong words such as psychopaths unless used in show, need not be used to instigate riotous atmosphere or start sermonizing.

POINTERS for Writing/Posting of your reviews and thoughts over this EDT

Do not litter the thread with chit-chat conversations. A little is permitted to have the friendly atmosphere, but when you feel like chatting more, it is desired you take your conversation with your buddies to alternate venues like chat clubs, pm mode etc.
Quoting Policy: It is desired that people refrain from single, double, triple and multiple quoting of posts on a repetitive basis. They can pick out the parts that they like to quote as opposed to quoting the entire post. It is often seen that we have to scroll through the pages when all they have done is quoting and more quoting with one line response to the actual post. IF has a rule that more than three times quoting is not allowed. But nowadays as people read IF posts over phone, it is preferred that people do not quote longer posts and just extract the portions of the post that they like to respond to and if they still find it relevant to their thought process then get the entire quoted text.
Regulate the font size. Keep remembering that. It is really not pleasing to see big bolded letters for no special reason.
The thread becomes a mess when you give your review and do not REST for sometime until others have posted. Please understand, respites or reviews; once or twice are good for few pages...don't make a regular chat thread with your reiterating/whining/complaining on the same point. For the online readers, the thread becomes unpleasant read. There is a separate Complaints thread in Main Forum.
When episodic content is emotional, take a deep breath, give a good lengthy review; that acts as your vent in one single post...and make an exit to calm down your nerves if you still are possessed by only what you've seen.

ye lo ye to imagination ka ulta ho gaya..

i was expecting Madhu to go, here RK fell in trap.. that was a trick by CVs.. i liked it... RK trying to show normal side but not normal..

RK's gussa came back with full intensity.

RK did antim sanskaar of his father and still using Kundra. don't know what to say. i think Rk is just trying to set everything normal with this.. but didn't work..

Meera and rasheed ek saath for Press conf.. arey in Dono ki jodi banado yaar...

Today's high Point for me was Madhu telling everything to RK. that was quite unique and unexpected for me.

i really liked it..

Or may be it was THE PLAN of bhai..

for future track if they are going to show a zinda bhai after RK in jail that will be very fattiture track for me nothing unique.. but i'm expecting something different.. want CV to surprise me this time..

the best scene of today's episode..

ye gaya mic, ye gaya camera, ye gaya collar, bhaad mein jaaye Meera aur bhaad mein jaaye sach 👏 I was Mohan Kundra's son and shall remain his son...I dun think the real actors like Salman or Saif who actually did this once or twice with the reporters, acted as well as VD did in this scene...of course, that was a real life incident 😆..VD was stupendous..the expressions perfectly in place...

the first scene was beautiful..Madhu is panicking a lot n it's ringing warning bells in my head..of course, the twist is round the corner and RK is impulsive ..RK trying his best to calm her down was sweet..also he decides to ignore everything and follow his daily routine so that Madhu is not stressed out..

the whole press conference scene was ridiculous..the media will not leave no stone unturned to defame RK..first this truth and then the case..

Sultan calling Madhu..ahaan ! he's saying sorry to Madhu to USE her but he's doing it for a noble cause 🤢 Meera's dignity be damned, the truth be damned, Kundra surname be damned, only if Madhu comes to him..when it's all about Madhu, why this pretense of ladai with RK?

Madhu cud not stop RK this time and he will land in a big trouble..but i'm positive that in the end, RM will win ! plz someone throw out Dips 🤢

When Madhu slapped RK 4 times in front of his whole unit, he didn't react. He let his anger simmer inside him and then approached her when he had a plan all chalked out. Where has that RK gone?

Beating up journalists like a roadside rowdy 😲 Carrying a revolver with a definite intention to kill The old intelligent RK would have sent the police to arrest Sultan at Sitara Studios. And then ensured that he gets hanged for his numerous crimes. He would have sat at home and planned Sultan's ruin instead of confronting the low life himself. And then there is Madhu...

Was it Sultan on the phone? Ummm...

WHAT DID HE WANT? To meet me...

Just the kind of conversation a wife should have with her husband who is in a murderous rage 😡

RK Mansion: Sweet scene in the morning with RK and Madhu RK is trying to pull himself together into some semblance of normalcy. He tells Madhu he is going to go to work, and asks her to wait for his return. Loved Madhu's spontaneously, in a heartfelt way telling RK she loved him - and RK in turn telling her he loved her too.

RK at the sets. We learn today that RK will keep his Kundra name. He was and is Mohan Kundra's son. All of our agonizing and trying to come up with a new name for our favorite superstar was in vain.

RK loses his cool with the intrusive men and women of the press. Breaks a camera or two, manhandles a couple of them etc - in, may I say, a totally authentic way. Before the bodyguards and security show up (why do they always show up well after the excitement has begun?) The outraged, greedy press moves on to the next scoop - the press conference.

Meera's press conference: Meera has pink plastic toy. Cries about her missing blue-eyed son (said blue-eyed boy doesn't seem to be excessively moved.) Sympathy for Meera from press. Rashid tears MK's reputation to shreds. And pulls Radhaji into the muck. Was MK really that much of a cad? I feel like there is more to the story. All this is so OTT, that it can't be true.

Sultan makes his threatening proposition to Madhu as the press conference is going on. As disgusting and icky as I imagined. The man is a stalker and predator. As a woman, I felt for Madhu, and cringed and felt dirty.

Madhu tells all to RK re: the phone call. Not leaving a detail including the disgusting "rendezvous point" part. Liked that a lot (even though she played right into Sultan's hands - he knew RK was there and was counting on her telling him.) She has figured out Sultan's strategy, and is able to, for the moment keep RK from leaving to confront Sultan. Telling him that Sultan is playing with him, trying to provoke him.

Dips is frustrated that Madhu thwarted the plan - she really wanted RK to confront Sultan in a rage. Mutters under her breath that she will not let Sultan's plan fail.

Side Notes:

Liked the way RK and Madhu looked today - slightly drawn, showing the effects of the intense stress they are under. And Radhaji understandably looks almost ill.
Dips really hates Radhaji. That look on her face when she sees Radhaji's distress at RK's insulting dismissive behavior is terrible.
BTW, Sikky has realized that Dips was away the previous night. Does he do anything about it? No. Can a person really be that spineless? Am hoping that somewhere along the way, his story changes.

The Precap: RK pulls his gun out to leave. An exultant Dips notifies Sultan. Sultan asks her to execute the next step of the evil plan.

crap episode! crap track! and obviously no intelligence whatsoever!!! i'm sick of seeing this stupidity!!!!!!!

mera planning karne wala RK kidhar gaya????

the best thing in today's episode was , "bittuji mujhe aise matt ghuriye...pehle toh main mard hoon aur woh bhi shaadi shuda!" 🤣

ps: VD was looking so yummy in that red shirt! and those angry stares he gave 👏 ⭐️

One question...how does Sultan get his mother who is mentally unstable, to sit presiding over a press conference with a drunk Rashid as her support?? And say exactly what she is supposed to say. I mean ...how?? Can someone answer...no?, never mind..it's not worth dwelling on. 😆

RK tries to maintain a calm facade for Madhu's sake, leaves for work. Madhu is uneasy and tense. He ignores Rji, from 'mujhe janam denewali maa', she's become 'deviji'.
Media onslaught at studio...nicely done, very typical. Just because media has access, they do try and ask ridiculously personal questions. RK, holding onto his calmness by a slim thread loses it, and roughs up a journalist. PACK UP and OUT...🤣
Press conference by Meera Kundra. So has she got back her respect in society? That's no longer the point, Watson. Sultan has suddenly turned into this obsessive, manic stalker cum blackmailer. So he is using Meeraji, who may or may not be his mother.
Everyone at RK mansion is watching the press conference. RK walks in, watches Meera and Rashid. Sultan calls up, now aggressive and non apologetic about his main goal...Madooo, Madooo, Madoo. Offers her a deal... you in exchange for Rishabh Kundra's name with full respect. He wants to meet her. He has the power to turn things around..
RK questions Madhu, she answers truthfully, thankfully! Madhu persuades RK to ignore Sultan, Dips will not allow Sultan to fail. yes Dips, he needs your support...someone has to carry him through his plans.

I am not surprised by RK anger or his behavior. Why wouldn't he wish to kill that man? Sulthan dragged too muvch and questioned the very existence of him, u easily get carried away,,, Madhu slapping him, was different, he was 'THE RK' whose ego was hurt, now his RK status is questioned.

I liked madhu saying everything to RK and look on her faced told RK, the part she dint vocalise.

Meera is competing with sulthan in logic,,,,,,,,,rk should have put little effort in finding out truth,his mom admitting just sealed it for him

If RK shoots sulthan I guess there is no question of madhu supports what?? She would be extremely guilty of bringing sulthan into rk life, giving hopes and doing extreme thing for him that lead sulthan to this obsession,and we know madhu,,,,,, though I wish she plays smart

VD awesome, don't know how many times I wish to say that, looking forward

Has Sultan promised him monetary reimbursement for showing his face in public? How come Meera, who jerked away first time she saw Rasheed, is allowing Rasheed to happily pat her shoulder? How are the journalist not able to understand that the woman sitting and talking in front of them is delusional holding a pink rattle? Rasheed is a mere driver not a producer or a collegue of MK whose story holds any weight. Should they not have asked for any concrete proof other than photo?. I mean they hound the superstar but just keep quiet in front of Meera and Rasheed as if they have come for some pravachan? I mean Rasheed's entire demenaor is not something that will make a stranger believe in him immediately. He is a rundown shifty kind of fellow.

Now after RK shooting Sultan drama, when these characters (Rasheed, Meera, Kaka, even Radha, etc) are dragged in the court room, how much time will it take for an expert lawyer to shoot holes in their story (no pun intended). Has Sultan thought about that at all? Does he expect RK to surrender to police without any protest or is he counting on RK doing some more drama to prove his innocence or is hoping that RK will be nau do gyarah and become an outlaw? I dunno..

Today when Madhu says "Sultan khel khel raha hai tumhare saath", RK's expressions were thoughtful. He did not dismiss Madhu instead he was shown to be thinking so I hope RK does have something in his mind before he goes to meet Sultan. I don't want to discuss spoilers and other things about the fight here but looks like after promising Madhu that he will not leave her even if God asks him too, I find it difficult to believe that he will just go to meet Sultan without any backup plan and jepordize his happiness with Madhu just like that.

My guess - Rasheed is the easy one of the lot and his addiction to alcohol is a bait enough. Promise him a few bottles, and he should be ready to do what is asked. Meera might have been a wild card but Sultan probably used the bait of finding a clue about her long lost child as an incentive for her to mouth what he wanted her to say. This is the first time she said Mohan Kundra had married her. When questioned by media, why MK left her, the reply was given by Rasheed and he controlled the press conference from there on. All Meera spoke during the remainder of the press conference was about her lost child which is her usual chant. It probably helped Sultan's cause that Meera is viewed in the present state to build more sympathy for her plight.

Here is a route to nab Sultan if the police is really looking for him. Media questions RK in the studio to comment about having a gangster, Sultan as his brother. If this news has become common knowledge, it should be easy for police to follow Meera to reach Sultan. Isn't this how they do it in real and reel life?

Since there is so much talk about blue eyes in the show, wonder if anyone has thoughts about the big painting behind the bed in RK's room. Why does the painting of RK have blue eyes?

@ bold and blue - Meenu, I am of the same opinion as you. Dips had already told Sultan that Rishbala are inseparable and not even the fear of death can do them apart. Only death can is the challenge or idea given by her to Sultan to stage the next scenario.
