Mayuri

I heard that in today's episode, that when mayuri is revealed as Shirker's wife, flashbacks are shown where she says that she only married him cos of her 'majboori'.

Well in Ekta's soaps 'majboori' for a young middle class girl only means two things:-

1) Shes pregnant an her lover has either dumped her, disappeared or died, an to save her family honour she must marry sumone rather than have a child out of wedlock.

2) She has a family relative i.e dad, mom grandad, grandma. who is ill(probably dying) and as a last request want to see her married.

Well anyway my theory is that, maybe mayuri was pregnant but not with sheirker's baby but with...nikhils! But for some reason or another Nikhil disappered an sheirker forced mayuri into marryng him. An then when the baby (Adi) was born nikhil returned but believed the baby to be Sheirkers, an therefore decided to stay away from the Mehra clan for good. Cos remember when Suyash was talking about Nikhil he said that 'one of his sons wouldn't have anything to do with him or the rest of the family'.

An poor mayuri out of shock an horror of the situation, becomes completely stunned an eventually morphs into her present vegatable state.
