What Constitutes a Fake Marriage?

So a promo says that JW takes a faisla to get lady love out of shock.

If that is a JP marriage drama to what extent is it a drama and what is reality.

So both are married to other people legally and so

1. He fills her maang dramatically is that a marriage

2. He goes through all the ritual is that a marriage

While leagally they both need to divorce what significance do rituals have. I feel that they count and when BW comes out of it ONS/no ONS she will never go back to him even if he was trapped.

I feel the best bet for JW is to fake a dramatic death. Why will maang filling have an effect when his ranting and hugging did not. But you never know with the destructives.

I have a feeling that all Jai's drama would go to a waste. What was the point of rano's miscarriage(we know it's on its way), i think that's what will bring bani back, seeing rano in that condition, and well i think in front of the people Jai Walia will be the one who will have something to do with it.

i also think that bani will come to her senses seeing that rano isn't well 😭

You never know how the cretives think... In a lot of show's most of them being Balaji's, they've shown people getting married, though they are still legally married to other people. And they've taken the second marriage as valid, Kkusum for example..
So i feel its much more safer if their no maang filling or phera's taking place. If it does, it should be someone else behind the sehra, probably pushkar, who would have found out that the baby is his. There was an article mentioning something about things coming to a full circle, and i cant think of anything more apt than this...

My idea abt fake marriage....JW will bestow rewptile with all worldy pleasures only monetary no physical and then promises to marry her and postopne the wedding stating no good muhurat....and once the baby is out announce the wedding,call the press and the whole world and then secs before the muhurat do the disappearing act with the baby....I will do anything to watch something like that.
Else on another note Bride groom changing maybe some road side sweeper,tony or say buddha chauhan will be fine.

I don't see this scenario happening. The promo says that Jai takes a faisla, so it has to be some duffer deed. Just waiting in dread.

1) Rano's miscarriage occuring in front of Bani is a more plausible
situation for bringing Bani out of shock, only bc so far JP being
together has not affected her and since she is more close to Rano than
the other, Rano's pain would be her pain. Concerning JP, at this point, it
seems like Bani has tuned JP out of her system.

2) However, in order to teach Pia a lesson, a fake JP marriage will be
staged-it will be in front of the press and Bani and the Walia Family.
The groom (JW)will disappear and Pushkar's second marriage with his
lovely pregnant (with his own child )wife will take place-This would be a
riot 😆
And one of the ways the story coming full circle.
Also, this scenario solves alot of problems and leaves room for future
misunderstanding on Bani's part-for example-she runs away
(believing the marriage to be real )before the full disclosure of the fake
marriage takes place as well as creates her exit.

I am so loosing patience with this JP track, barely hanging in there 😕
no end in sight here, it just keeps going on and on like the
energizer bunny 😭

One question, why does Pia get to have a child and not Bani( that scene
with Krishna would make anyones heart bleed)-C'mon you know they
tease us with these super duper melodramatic stuff and no justice... 😭
