kindness or stupidity ?

I am still confused that what Anandi did today was her kindness or stupidity...she had a very strong base to prove her point- Saanchi's conversation with her friend but yet she did not say a word about it to anyone...if she is so worried about this rishta then for awhile why not forget her kindness and get mean and spill the beans...she is unnecessarily complicating the things

i feel she should not have told this now at all!!!!

Honestly, her telling Shiv about this was the only sensible thing she has done so far. But the talking shud have been done by Shiv. Such a strong opinion coming from Shiv would have been a little softer coming from Shiv than Anandi.

1stly, i dont think anandi shld ever have opened her mouth on this subject coz nobody bothered to ask her opinion!

2ndly, her telling shiv abt her concerns was sensible, but thats where it ends! she shld have let shiv handle this matter n talk to ira n family!

3rdly, anandi bluntly telling shekars they shld end this rishta here, was very abrupt! what ira said i saw it coming a mile away, why didnt anandi say anythg before!

4th, if shekars still dont budge, anandi shld silently butt out now!

But there is nothing stopping Anandi from telling all this to Dadisa and Gehna and BahironSa and Jagya. Or just Dadisa and Jagya. If - no matter how Ira reacts - Anandi doesn't make that super important phone call to Jaitser now - I'll have to assume her understanding of relationships and loyalty is just theory.

Anandi owes Dadisa the truth. She shud talk and let DS decide how to gently call it off and not hurt any egos in the process. Just blame it on stars and say the janampatris aren't compatible etc etc.

Hooked, i understand where you are coming from, but what kind of truth will she tell Ds. I mean if she told Ds that Sa will not wear Ghahgra-choli after marriage or will not adjust the to the norms of BH, will that be a very strong base for DS to call this wedding off. After all it was J who agreed for the marriage.

Neither kindness nor stupidity.. Only smartness... By doing whatever anandi is doing right now she is killing 2 birds with one arrows...

@bold...i agree..coming from shiv would have made more impact on shekhars.
anandi should have confided in dadisa/sumitra much earlier about these developments (before singhs approached them) and expressed her opinion/confusion in this...that way atleast they would have clearly understood anandi's stand and taken a decision accordingly.
in a way i agree with ira...its quite late now, shekhars are helpless & cant back-out because of sanchi.

Well, I do agree that Dadisa may say dress doesn't matter and that maybe Anandi is just stressing - Saanchi WILL adjust. She has shown herself open to learning the ways of this house. And Anandi may not be able to convince that it was all a show.

If Sanchi told her friend that she will not change her dress post marriage, there is nothing wrong in this (the spoiler was wrong when they stated that Anandi overheard Sanchi plotting/planning against Singhs), what is wrong was her admitting that she did wear lahnga for impression. Anandi could have told Shekhars that Sanchi is actually presenting a false image of herself to get this rishsta approved, or better still as someone else said - Shiv should have taken up this with his family.

Now that Anandi will get eggs and tomatoes from all in KB anyways - Anandi has nothing more to lose. she can afford to go fro broke and also let Jaitser know everyhitng that concerns her so far.
