No evil eye

Most of us have certain superstitions and we are ever ready to try all sorts of remedies that will help keep negativity and the evil forces at bay. After all, who wouldn't mind a little good luck now and then? One such solution seems to be evil eye beads.
Evil eye beads have found many takers here and can also prominently be seen on Ekta Kapoor's latest find Bani, in Kasamh Se. The young lass wears numerous evil eye beads on her wrist. It seems they prevent things from going wrong for her.
But it's not just here in India that we believe in such superstitions. These beads have also become extremely popular in Greece, Mexico, Israel, Turkey, Iran and the Middle East.
So even if these evil eye beads are nothing but hogwash, let us all sport one if it works as bond that ties different races in this day and age.
And if the wrongdoing stops, we won't have to worry about the evil anyway!
