Yesterday UK: Maasi’s acting

I know that we've widely discussed this episode after being aired in India, last friday, but was so much impressed after watching it yesterday, that I just have to add a few points😃

Maasi's acting, when confronting Jai, was absolutely fantastic. Her pain was so believeable, about his betrayal of Bani, that the silent tears just kept running over my face (I'm a bit emotional person 😭 ). I think the actress (Seema?) was really feeling the pain herself at that moment. Just great. Applause!

Sadly they ruined the impact of the scene by then making her perform Jai's last rites. Disgusting and in no way believeable and justifying all the fury that was vented on the character of Maasi. Again a stupidity of the creatives to let it go over the top.

But also the rest of the episode, Bani on the beach and all numbed, the shock and tears of the familymembers when Jai was thrown out, Jai devastated and lonely on the streets....such an impressive episode!

We (hubby, daughter (14) and me), were silent for minutes after the episode finished - hardly ever are these drama's evoking any lasting emotion, but this time KS was really mindblowing.

Is our beloved show finally on it's way back? Reading the updates of this week it really seems like that...so good that we all hung on to our dear forum and survied the crap - it was worth our patience! 😉😛

ME too i watch india episode on IF but seeing it with my family was MIND BLOWING the impact of the whole episode also had my whole family silent and glued to our T.V screens, KUDOS to Ram and Prachi!!!!!!!!

😡 My sister and mum ruined it all they kept going on about was how is the sari dry ...

😆 I get emotional when it comes to prachi so soon got them to stop...anyways 😃 the episode and acting was brillant and agree with your point...prachi did a excellent job 😭 i am still upset by it over a week ago.

Join the club nina seeing it again brought a tear to my eye AGAIN but what ruined it for me ...... my mum she kept going on about the DNA report grrrrrr i was like mum enjoy the episode man 😕!!!!!

and yes, you are right, I forgot to mention that Ram and Prachi were also great yesterday!

Well, that dry sari annoyed us too, but didn't let it ruin the episode. But imagine how much more emotional it would have been, had Bani entered the house all-over wet and muddy....missed chance (again).

Anyhow, good you stopped your mom and sis, they should let you watch undisturbed, after all they will be aware abt your addiction, or?😉😆

HEHE i live in a block of flats about 80% of us in this block our asian and watch KS, i swear i didn't hear a pin drop from 8:30 till 9:00pm last night, and usaully we complain about the noise during my fav programmes.But not yesterday!!!!!😆😉

I didn't see any of the episodes because I didn't have TV but I saw yesterday's episode (India) it was amazing.
