The law should allow the girl and her family to throw the same acid back on his face...

how come the guys family isnt being held responsible financially for the victims surgeries, or why the doctors n the lawyers not doing the case pro bono...bless the doctor that made the call n the hospital is working for them n helping them with the young womans treatment. so frustrating n feel so awful for this poor woman n the perps family had the audacity to call n threaten the girl n the loser offered to marry her. hope the loser rots in hell.

Only one good thing is that culprit is behind bars and not yet got bail...

But in Sonali Mukherjee's case all 3 attackers are out and free , enjoying their life...that is sickening...

India should have some strict laws for such crimes, few years of jail is not at all enough. The criminal should donate their organ to the victim n also pay for all her medical expenses n also the life expenses. I can't believe how his family was supporting him n taking his side n offered marriage proposal after al this. I m quite surprised!
