Star Plus' hit show 'SaraswatiChandra' took the lead on Friday night in the UK, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.
'SaraswatiChandra', which airs at 19:30 weekdays, pulled in 156,600 viewers ' peaking at 188,700 viewers. In second place was 'Saathiya' with 149,200 viewers and 'Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai' next with 107,100 viewers.
The others in the pecking order were 'Veera' (94,100), 'Pyar Ka Dard Hai' (92,700), 'Diya Aur Baati Hum' (91,100), 'Meri Bhabhi' (88,600), 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' (67,200) and 'Ek Ghar Banaunga' (48,900).
On Rishtey, 'Jeevan Saathi' led the ratings with 94,500 viewers, followed by 'Bairi Piya' with 77,900 viewers and 'Na Ana Iss Desh Laado' next with 46,400 viewers.
On Star Life Ok, 'Savdhaan India' was back on top of the channel with 27,300 viewers, followed by 'Devon Ka Dev Mahadev' with 18,200 viewers and 'Junoon' and 'Kaisa Yeh Ishq Hai' both with 8,000 viewers.
On Zing, 'Bollywood Business' got record high ratings of 37,500 viewers at 18:30, followed by 'Bollywood Life' at 18:00 getting 22,400 viewers and 'Bollywood Families' at 19:30 with 5,000 viewers.
