Why abbu trick an not pregnancy??

I was wondering why did Tanveer use Zoya's abbu trick and not pregnancy trick? Will she reveal entire truth to Zoya or only that her father is alive? Where is Asad there?

pregnancy track will sure come...she did all this only for that...
since we are getting so many spoilers ,videos,twists ,i don't know in what order they will show it...one of the spoiler said that asad will agree to get married to tanveer after knowing she is pregnant and will go to dargah to start new beginning...and there they will meet zoya again

but todays father revealing video hinted that she will come to bhopal for sure...so don't know what they are planning ..in which order...

well she cant use the pregnancy trick because her baby bump will be showing in a couple of weeks and no one is that stupid to believe that a pregnant woman will start showing her tummy while being only 1 month pregnant...i guess thats why
