So finally ruqaiya makes her grand entry! yayyy! 🥳
Can i just say,i LOVE smiley! ❤️ Honestly speaking,her work in kalyug hadn't impressed me much,as she played a girl next door and all.But as ruqaiya,she is brilliant! 👏
Ruqaiya is a very STRONG character.The kind of characters i LOVE!
She is lofty and witty AND she knows it! 😎 One helluva woman alright! Im a sucker for such strong women shown on tv!
I loved the way the eunuch said it to one of the other "begums" when she had asked "uss rauraiya mein kya hai,jo hum mein nahi hai?"
So the eunuch replied "akkal" 😉
The moment you look at Ruqaiya,you instantly get the "oh damn.she is the queen" feeling 😳That was what was required and that HAS been achieved!
Smiley's walk,her dialogue delivery-perfect!Very much queen-like!

Well,there were many scenes i loved today (okay fine,all 😆)
The MA,hamida banu and Jalal encounter *i was shocked seeing what MA did! 😳 I mean that was such a what the hell moment 😡*
AnywaY,i have loads to say about that scene,but let me stick to ruqaiya-Jalal equation for now.
Their very first scene,the eye-to-eye contact! Can i just say,Rajat has the MOST beautiful eyes ever.I mean,i was watching him on TELEVISION,but even then,i could sense his eyes on me!
the kind of looks he was giving,even a stone cold woman (like me!)skipped a beat! 😳

Smiley and Rajat have amazing chemistry! I just knew they would!Intuition you know!
Second scene,the chess board! It was such an interesting touch! Kudos to the cvs (for once!) 👏
Although,HP lovers like me,would definitely NOT forget to mention,that there was something similar in chamber of secrets 😛 But even then,I liked this scene between Ruqaiya and Jalal(can we please have a combined name for them? 🤔 )
It was very intelligently used by the cvs.It showed us what kind of relationship they shared.
Oh and did u'll notice,Jalal very conveniently chose not to mention Jodha and just Amer 😛 or maybe they'll show it in tomorrow's episode.But lemme just assume he won't say.Ahem! 😛 But anyway,the point is he didn't hide from her about his whereabouts. 😊
Teh voice over was very apt "Jalal jitna bharosa apne aap par karta tha,utna hi woh Ruqaiya se karta tha"
He sure has seen many beautiful women,but he respected just her.Obviously,because of her intelligence.
Jalal surely had over 300 women in his harem.But,NONE of them,could match up with ruqaiya 😳
